Humble Abode /Charming Cottage Near Long point Beach
3 camere da letto, 2 bagni per tutta la casa per famiglie lungo la nostra strada da Long Point Beach e stagno (ottimo nuoto e paddle, calma per i bambini piccoli) in una direzione e pista ciclabile nell'altra. Aggiornato e confortevole, il nostro cottage è la vacanza perfetta. Situato in posizione centrale, ideale sia per l'isola che per l'isola. L'accogliente ingresso vi invita nel soggiorno aperto, sala da pranzo e cucina. Il mazzo avvolgente è a piena vista e vi si accede da cursori nel soggiorno. Le due camere da letto al primo piano includono 2 letti singoli e 1 letto matrimoniale. La grande, drammatica suite principale occupa il secondo piano insieme a un ponte privato. La nostra casa è lontana dalla strada e offre molta privacy circondata da giardini e bellezze naturali. Accesso al passo di Lambert's Cove.

We have rented on MV for 16 years and this was our most enjoyable stay. Everything was more than we expected: location, amenities, comfort, communication, quiet, cleanliness were all exceptional. Linens and towels provided makes a big difference. The upstairs master bedroom is a great escape from the first-floor activities. Typically, photos tend to make a home's interior appear better than it actually is. In this case, however, the opposite is true—the home is even more impressive in person than the photos suggest. Robin was always available to answer questions and provide advice. We are already looking forward to staying again next year!

Stayed here with four adults and one toddler. Easy communication with the host (no issues), good mid-island location so everything is basically 20m away at most, house is in very good condition and well-appointed, nice deck and outdoor area (a fire feature would make it perfect!).
Minor note: the upstairs master bedroom and main floor living/dining areas have A/C but the main floor bedrooms do not (they do have fans). Might not be an issue for you but FYI.

Our stay at the Humble Abode last week was quite lovely. The house is very nice: clean, well equipped, well decorated, nice linens, and the owners are even nicer. Robin was right there if we ever had any questions. You can feel that the home is very loved by the owners. We would come back here in a minute. The location and access to other beaches was great due to the Plover babies on Norton Point. We had many options to choose from. Thank you for sharing your home with my family!
