Nice apartment of 65 square meters a typical Tuscan farm building, nice finish.
The farm Val di Sterza, located on the Tirrenica coast of southern Tuscany, there is a flat part of a broader rural building. Here you do not find mass tourism.
The cultivation of cereals, meadows and olive groves organically is done traditional as they did in the past.
With enclosed garden and private parking. With the availability of green space outdoors

Ability to take long walks on foot or by bicycle.

At 100 meters there is a river, ideal for walking and quiet moments.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in der Toskana und verfügt über eine überdachte Terasse und einen kleinen Sitzbereich vor der Haustür, man findet also fast immer einen Platz an Sonne oder im Schatten.
Auf dem großen und gepflegten Grundstück befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung, deren Außenbereich auf der anderen Seite des Hauses liegt - jeder hat somit seine Privatsphäre.
Zu unserer Reisezeit waren neben unserem mitgebrachten Hund noch zwei Beagle vor Ort, hier ein weiterer Pluspunkt: das komplette Grundstück ist gut eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte.
Zum Hundestrand Bau Beach Bibbona sind es 25 Minuten mit dem Auto, dort gibt es einen sauberen Naturstrand direkt am Pinienwald.
Die nächstgelegene Stadt Cecina bietet alle größeren Supermärkte und viele Restaurants.
Der Empfang war herzlich und es war sogar ein deutschsprachiger junger Mann zum Dolmentschen da, ebenso wurde eine deutschsprachige Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Informationen und Sehenswürdigkeiten bereitgestellt.
Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar, direkt auf italienisch und englisch oder über einen Kontakt auch auf deutsch.
Einziger Wermutstropfen: Eines der Schlafzimmer ist das Durchgangszimmer zum Badezimmer.
Wen das nicht stört, dem können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen 👍
