Questo bellissimo Bach dal nuovo design architettonico non lascia nulla di intentato. Situato in una strada senza uscita sicura nella riserva di Waitui. Con vista sull'iconico Monte ea soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Omanu (pattugliata in estate) e dal caffè. Flusso all'aperto indoor che si apre su un enorme campo sportivo (college) e accesso ai campi da tennis del college, hai l'imbarazzo della scelta per l'intrattenimento esterno.
3 camere da letto di cui un re con bagno privato, una regina e una camera a castello su misura con 4 lunghe cuccette singole. (2 materassi extra anche sotto questi.)
Anche la televisione nella camera a castello, quindi fai un film per i bambini mentre prosegui nella vita principale.
Avvolgi ponti, una lussuosa spa a 6 posti, barbecue, giochi all'aperto e sport acquatici a portata di mano, cosa puoi desiderare di più? o semplicemente chiudilo per il tuo rifugio privato!
L'abbondanza di negozi boutique, ristoranti e bar del Monte Maunganui è a soli 5 minuti di auto, ma se vuoi rimanere in questa casa favolosa, a 5 minuti a piedi da asporto, negozio di bottiglie e prodotti lattiero-caseari.

Our family spent a week over New Year at this property and could not be happier. The house was fantastic, it was clean and spacious, and had absolutely everything that we needed. We loved the large open living area and large sliding doors that opened onto a beautiful deck with a great view of the Mount. We enjoyed using the gas barbeque, as well as the outdoor hot tub, which was a family favourite! The house’s location was awesome, it was in a quiet neighbourhood, but was only 10 minutes walk to the beach and was very close to a shopping mall and supermarket (also in easy walking distance). The host Erika was wonderful and very responsive to our needs. We loved the house and would highly recommend it for a stay at the Mount, it far exceeded our expectations.

There is ample living space and the living room opens to the outdoor deck area which made for seamless living. There was plenty of room for two families with four kids in the bunk rooms. Thank you for the beautiful space.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is as described, and the photos are accurate to the property. A well-designed home.
The bed was really comfortable, soft but supportive.
The water pressure in the shower is great.
It has all the amenities you need and lots of little extras.
We found it quiet, peaceful and private.
We were there in winter, so didn't use the outdoor space. I can imagine opening up the huge sliding door in summer enjoying the indoor/outdoor space and opening up the back gate to give even more feeling of space is a great bonus.
There was only 3 of us so lots of space.
Erika was very accommodating which we appreciated.
We enjoyed the spa but prefer a deeper one might be a bit squishy with 6 people.
The heat pump struggled a little with heating the area. We were there with a particularly cold snap, so that would have had an impact. On the one sunny day we had it was pleasant and warm and didn't need the heat pump on. There were lots of snuggly blankets so that was good.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The property is very comfortable to stay in and has everything that you need. The indoor/outdoor flow is fantastic especially when you open the back gate to let in the view of The Mount across the college grounds. We stayed in school holidays so it was uninterrupted. Fantastic location. We had a wonderful holiday despite the weather!!! Would definitely recommend.

Description says the first 2 bedrooms are a king bed and queen beds, but they are a queen and a double. The third bedroom is 4 singles as bunk which it is, but the room was so tiny and it was like a hot house. It really needs air con. Plus if you want to sleep 10, as described in the house advert, then I think the extra 2 mattresses would be put in this room, and it would be totally crowded. We only had 3 in the 3rd bedroom and noone in the room was happy. The room had a floor standing fan but it really did nothing the keep the room comfortable. Based on the top end price of the house, I did not feel it met the standards of the price. Plus the ad says tennis courts just outside the house, but they belong to the school and are locked and not available.
On a positive side, the house was a lovely space, modern, clean, lots of utensils etc. Hosts were friendly and polite, but they live in their 2 story house right next door and their balcony looks straight down on you, so if you are a private person, this property might not suit you.
Property does not match the description or the price. Air con definately needed in third room to make it comfortable to sleep and live in. I would not stay there again at that price. .

This property was immaculate and very well equipped. Everything needed was provided. Erika was such a gracious host and quick to respond to any queries. We were only a few minutes away from the beach and a shopping mall which was very convenient. Definitely look forward to returning!

Erika was a very attentive and flexible host who worked with us to make sure our booking could go ahead after many months of covid/lockdown interruptions. The property was very clean, well stocked and modern. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the open planned communal space that allowed for a wonderful group gathering over a long wet weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our time here, the places was perfect, so close to the beach and amenities. Even if you didn’t want to go exploring at all, a fantastic space to chill and relax. A beautiful property, perfectly set up for groups like ours, super comfortable beds and very stylish furnishings. The spa pool was a gybonus. Our host was lovely and we will be saving this property to book again next year.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It is absolutely beautiful. So clean and tidy and everything is to the highest standard. Super comfy beds! Fantastic location and just brilliant for the kids to run around at the school next door. I highly recommend this property to others and would love to go back myself one day!

We were a large group of girlfriends staying in the Mt for the weekend. Erika was phenomenal, brilliant communication, and so so accommodating. The house itself was a dream, the photos can’t do it justice, Erika has thought of everything. The living, kitchen and deck area is perfect for a large group to have drinks and eat altogether. The bedrooms comfortably housed and slept our large group. The spa was beautiful and the location is excellent, a speedy drive down to the beach for us (but you definitely could walk!). Great coffee close by, and near to the Mt for evening adventures. We loved our stay and can’t recommend the Tui’s Nest enough!
