Amazing location, only a few minutes walk from the main attractions in Pisa. Room was large and airy. Felt very secure. Self check in late in the evening was very easy and great communication from the hosts.
Our room was directly outside the common area so was quite noisy in the morning when breakfast was being prepared

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the leaning tower, and restaurants. A good selection for breakfast. Hot and cold drinks. Cereals, toast, fruit, muffins. Something for everyone.
The extra bed could have been a proper bed - rather than a 'camp' style bed. A little too small. No English speaking TV channels.

excellent location, minutes from the leaning tower. Parking can be reserved with your room which was great. Staff was helpful and welcoming as I struggled with the passcode on the first day. room was great overlooking the back patio, you could hear guests in the afternoon but no noise in the morning or evening
The hotel is within the ZTL however you can drive right up to the entrance to drop your bag off and the staff are able to use your license plate for the exemption. Ended up making a separate trip because we didn’t want to get a fine

Great location 5 mins from the tower and plenty of restaurants and cafes downstairs. 15/20 mins walk from the train station. Perfect location for families with children. Spacious room, comfy beds, clean. Staff was amazing and the lady at the reception went above and beyond to organise a taxi for us early in the morning. Great experience, recommended.

The location is brilliant, within walking distance of everything and very close to the leaning tower. The hotel is nice and modern with a really nice private garden. The staff were amazing, so helpful and moved us to a different room when we had a couple of issues. Sonia was extremely friendly and helpful, she gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and helped with anything else we needed.
Noise travels easily through the hotel and so we were woken most mornings by other guests talking.

I loved the location of the hotel , 5 mins walk to leaning tower of Pisa , restaurants are nearby . We reached very late at night and self check in option was very handy . room was very clean and worth for the money

Overall, it was an incredible place to stay. The location was perfect as we were able to easily walk around the town and see the Leaning tower. The only thing we may change would be a comfier bed, and maybe some carpets in the walkway to dim noise.
Noiseness as the place echoed a lot when people entered.

Nice place to stop and enjoy Pisa and its surroundings. Wonderful location - safe, lively, with the Leaning Tower of Pisa nearby.

Lady on the reception was very rude, to check in the guest, nothing was explained to us in the room.
There was mosquitoes in the room, which has bitten us and need medical attention on our arrival in uk.

very nice environment and the room are very welcoming as well as the staff. we had a really nice time and also not faraway from the attractions of the city. staff very attentive and helpful.

Good reception. Friendly and service oriented. AC within the whole B&B. Good wifi. Modern bathroom with a nice strong shower. Very nice breakfast with sweet bread options, cold cuts, egg and possibility to eat out in the garden on a nice morning. Superb location close to many restaurants and the tourist site. Easy entry through all doors with security code.
The AC in the room could have been stronger since we were trying to cool the bedroom and the living room (sofa bed) for 2+2 adults.

Location very very close to the tower, the owner Francesca was super helpful with arrival instructions and parking even though we had a late check-in.
Breakfast was varied and fresh.
Driving in the ztl is not the nicest drive, but being 5 minutes from the tower was worth it.

Excellent location, only 3 mins from the leaning tower of Pisa. It is a historical building but the rooms are newly furbished. We had a triple room, spacious and very clean. We arrived early but we were checked in swiftly. Francesca is a very kind host, happy to help and offer suggestions. the property has a nice little garden in the back. Many restaurants around. Good internet.

(almost) Very thing was perfect! The staff, the rooms, the garden, the breakfast, the location!
only thing was, that the check in times are short... so there is no one there when you come later in the evening. With the heavy front door and all the luggage, this is not so relaxed. But the host is reacheble by whatsapp and answers and helps by phone immediately!
