Clean, ordinary and good hot water supply

The breakfast is not ready in the same place. We all had to go to have our breakfast 500m distance . That was rainy sunday..all guests was dislike for that..

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, easy communication.

Good breakfast, spacious room and parking is closed by. Kitchen is available but it was a shared one on top of the building.
Bed is a bit small for a single one.

Didn’t feel like it had been cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been. But perfectly adequate.

The place is well located in order to visit Lecce and the room is nice but we missed some natural light.
There was no staff to welcome us or during our stay. Also, the breakfast is not included anymore where as there is a room to provide one to the guests. At least, they could propose us some alternatives.

Modern, clean.
Text messages (whatsapp, booking, SMS) to owner of our arrival was not enough and we had to wait 45 minutes. Only way to reach him is to call, but be sure to speak Italian.
