Arlo Chicago

Great view and in a very walkable area of downtown. Felt very safe and clean

The two thing we both didn’t like were that my partner had a hard time connecting his phone for disney plus (26yro male) to the tv. It took him about 25 minutes and I dont know why. My issue was I had things that needed to be refrigerated. So I didnt know if I was allowed to use the fridge with drinks already in it, worried of moving it I might have to purchase it. I did call the lobby and they said I could move the items over. But I wish there was a way for me to have just known that I could have moved the items instead of worrying and calling the lobby. Maybe a sign of some sorts or possibly not putting the drinks all the way in the front of the fridge.

We had flown in for the Chicago Marathon and a few days before we wanted to visit the city. Aldo was the perfect hotel . It’s my second time staying . I would stay again and again as the location is amazing .

The staff were friendly and they have renovated so the rooms are more modern and the bathroom too.

Great location, good size rooms and great shower.

clean, comfortable beds. Nice and extremely accomodating desk personnel. Great location by Millenium park on Michigan ave

hand-held shower broken. Windowshade (powered) inoperative: kept the room rather dark. Window was a few feet away from the next building, with big windows...privacy issue Restaurant service polite but slow: understaffed and busy
