Roland, con The Great Western Tiers sullo sfondo, è questa splendida casa con tre camere da letto, pronta ad accoglierti per goderti questi aspetti gloriosi. Mentre percorri il vialetto interno, ti diverti tra ammirare la vista sulle montagne sullo sfondo o il giardino di ispirazione giapponese in primo piano. Viziato per scelta è un eufemismo!
Entrando in casa ti sentirai immediatamente rilassato e accolto. Ci sono tre camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. Il maestro offre una passeggiata in accappatoio e bagno privato con riscaldamento a pavimento. Il bagno principale dispone anche di riscaldamento a pavimento e di una lussuosa vasca idromassaggio. Due ampie zone soggiorno, ideali per le famiglie, consentono ai bambini di avere una zona, mentre gli adulti possono avere la propria. E se hai bisogno di ancora più spazio, c'è una sala studio / lettura dedicata per sfuggire a tutto! L'ampia cucina open space e la zona pranzo si aprono sull'area di intrattenimento all'aperto sotto copertura. Completo di ambientazione esterna e barbecue a gas, oltre a altoparlanti Bluetooth integrati nella parete, installati sia nelle zone living che nell'area di intrattenimento esterna per creare un ambiente perfetto per il vostro relax.
La cucina offre tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno per preparare prelibatezze da produttori locali. Godrai a lungo i meandri dei giardini di questa casa, mentre sorseggi una birra, un vino o un sidro della Tasmania.

Hana Estate is a beautiful setting with great views of Mt Roland. The gardens are spectacular the house is extremely spacious. There is a sound system wired to the main parts of the house and it was very comfortable. Provided great access to the region and we visited numerous attractions in the area.

So much promise…a substantial property, unfortunately falling short of expectation.
Garden at a time past would have been wonderful, not so now. Heating in the kitchen family room needs attention.

The house is big, spacious and comfortable. The BBQ was extremely dirty which often is the case in many short term accommodation's, BUT we expected better due to the conditions of stay being so specific. The BBQ was one item that needed to be clean and left in great condition on vacating to not receive additional monetary penalties. We notified the agent and was told the cleaner had said it was clean. We sent a video to show this was not the case so as not to be held responsible. The agent apologized and refunded some money to cover the inconvenience which we did appreciate from the agent. The security code to enter the house was incorrect or not re-set and so we did have to go through quite the rig morale to get into the house after check in time but again the property manager was available and got this sorted relatively quickly. Nice place but with a few issues

Three night stay was lovely, beds comfortable and plenty of room for extended family. Garden and ground are excellent. The house itself could do with a cobweb broom whipping around and sprayed for the nasty bugs. Bathrooms and beds clean but otherwise a slightly grubby feel. Lovely location, walking distance to the town centre with the outlook of the property still feeling like your miles away.

Large clean house, delightful huge garden with rabbits hopping around. We loved the serenity of the Japanese Garden and the changing view of Mt Roland. Would highly recommend.

this house was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and a five minute walk to the centre of Sheffield. The views were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone

Beautiful large house set in a gorgeous garden setting. Set back from road so very quiet. Stunning mountain views from kitchen and dining, very relaxing and I’d stay longer if I could. Bed is comfortable and overall 5 star Tassie accomodation.
