VALPOLICELLA HILLS ~ RELAX
VALPOLICELLA HILLS – RELAX, has just been renovated in 2017 and one of two VALPOLICELLHA HILLS accommodations, is located in the heart of Valpolicella hills. Its red wine production is very well famous all over the world. It is the ideal accommodation to be relaxed as the vinyards’ view from our 30 olive trees planted garden offers you a relaxing atomosfere. In the summer time the private swimming pool in the garden is open to refresh and relax.
The apartment is composed by a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bath room.
BEDROOM
There are a wardrobe, a king size bed which can be divided into 2 single beds on request.
LIVING ROOM
It is furnished with a sofa bed which can be a king size bed or 2 single beds, a 40 inches screen flat TV. A cradle is also available for baby(free of charge).
KITCHEN
It is equipped by a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, an extractor hood and a fridge with a freezer compartment as well as dishes, cutlery, cups, the necessary utensils for cooking. There is an extensible table with four chairs.
AIRCONDITION
The bedroom, the living room and the kitchen can be air-conditioned.
BATHROOM
It has a WC, a bidet, a mirror, a washing basin and a shower cabinet, besids, a bluetooth connection speaker is integrated on the ceiling so that your favourite music on your smartphone or the other electrical devises can be listened while you are in the bathroom.
GARDEN
There are 30 olive trees planted in the garden where can be accessed anytime. The organic extra virgin olive oil is made from the olives can be available if you like to try. The swimming pool is open during the summer time(usually from June to September)
All the equipments in the kitchen can be used freely. Sets of towels and linen for the number of people can be offered. An iron can be found in the kitchen.
Cars can be parked in the property. The swimming pool opens in the summer time only (usually from June to September) and is available for the guests free of charge all day long.
It is the strategic location to visit the tourist destinations around here. It takes only 20min by car to reach the world heritage city VERONA, 35min to the biggest Italian lake GARDA and 40min to the world heritage city Mantova as well as 100min to Venice and Milano.
It is only 900m to the Sacro Cuore, Don Calabria Hospital.

Negrar city charges you the city tax from 1 June 2021. The city tax is not included in the total amount you pay when you book my listing. It must be paid in cash only when you check-in. The tax is 1 euro per person per night, up to 7 nights in a month. (Children under 14 years old and senior over 65 years old are not charged )

Fantastic 2 weeks in Valpolicella Hills! The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with a large patio and good sized pool. It’s set on a hill approximately 1 km from a small town that has good amenities. You can walk but it’s quite a steep road back. Verona is about 20 mins by car and Lake Garda about 40 mins, so for us it was a perfect relaxing location in the hills, with lots to see nearby. The hosts were great, very friendly and always available if needed. Thank you Sumiko for a great holiday!

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub dort.
Nach sehr langer Staufahrt war die Unterkunft leicht zu finden, da wir vorher tolle Videos von Sumiko erhalten haben.
Wir wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen und waren von der Unterkunft sehr begeistert.
Alles wie beschrieben, modern, sehr sauber und was man benötigt ist vorhanden.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

We hebben een super vakantie mogen beleven op dit fantastische domein! Sumiko en Marco, de superleuke eigenaars van de kamers staan altijd klaar voor hun gasten, niets is hen teveel, en altijd klaar voor een aperitief 😁. Zeer mooie en verzorgde kamers. Centraal gelegen in de Valpolicellastreek, wat het de ideale uitvalsbasis maakt voor bezoekjes aan de streek. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug naar dit domein!

We had an awesome time in Negrar, we felt like we were staying with old friends, in a beautiful modern apartment with the most amazing views. The place was small but super efficiently furnished so it felt like plenty of room even with two teenagers. And most of our time was spent hanging out by the pool, enjoying the views, or going for walks in the surrounding vineyards.
It was an easy walk down to the village with wonderful small shops and local flavor and a quick drive to Verona to see the sights. Even Venice and Milan were only an hour or two away, though Negrar was so lovely, we just couldn't make ourselves leave it for the sights of Venice.
And the hospitality was simply unbelievable. Sumiko and Marco made us feel so welcome. Marco took us on a morning run, hosted us with fabulous wine and homemade olive oil, and our kids had fun playing games with Sumiko and Marco's daughters. We all wished we could have stayed their forever, and hope to go back someday!
