Almost everything - quiteness, views, the house, terrace, pool
The cleaning was supposed to be done after 3 days, but no towels changed, we also had to ask to change bedding
Also, our checkout time was 11AM, but the cleaning couple was waiting at the pool an our eatlier, whete we wanted to drink coffee privately before leaving. This was a bit unpleasant.

The location is excellent for travellers, who come for the peace and quiet, the sound of cicadas and of them only. The private pool is gorgeous, the staff comes daily to clean it. The place is accessible by car, so count with the fact you'd have to probably rent a car or a bike, which in return takes you to many other beaches apart from the closest Makris Gialos (which in itself is just perfect, one of the clearest water I've ever seen). The staff is absolutely lovely, they treat you like your own and cook fantastic greek traditional meals for a good price.

Excellent spot if you want to completely disconnect from the world. Beautifully remote & serene environment (albeit VERY far from the sea, supermarkets etc.; you ABSOLUTELY need a car and would NOT recommend driving in & out of the property at night: there are no street lights and roads are old, small, dangerous).
The property is not well maintained and requires serious work (e.g. the kitchen vent blows inside the kitchen, the pool cleaning system broke down, the screens on the windows for the bugs were all ripped, the mattresses are extremely stained & old, the garden is not “green” as shown, it’s just left without any care). To top that, given how far out in nature it is, understandably there are rodents. Unfortunately, these were trapped between the tiles and the roof and the noises from them running around and trying to escape day & night ruined our holiday. WiFi is choppy at best and does not reach the pool. The description is also misleading because there is no sea view.
