We appreciated the little apartment because it was Pet friendly, in a good location, great neighbors, very comfortable, a real kitchen to cook our food, a washer and dryer right in the complex, easy access to freeway, walking trails, parks, Lake Padden State Park was only 2 miles away. Fair Haven was right down the street within walking or biking distance to lots of coffee houses, bakeries, and restaurants. Haggen Market is right there too. Also, there are terrific views of Pudget Sound.

Loved the area. Appt is cozy and comfortable. Overall very nice, but a few issues with maintenance issues (toilet tank leak, front electric cooktop ring disengaged.)Manager was responsive but said handyman would not be available for over a week. As problems were minor, we declined repair until after our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would use again if available.

Fairhaven Vacation
Location was great. Would have liked more room in living room. Fake fireplace took up too much space. Needed more chairs and the lighting in living room was not as bright as it could be. Over all was great.

The location was perfect for us, we walked our dog down to Fairhaven for coffee on Saturday and then down to the boardwalk and back. It's in Happy Valley so you need to Lyft or bike to get downtown of course. The unit was clean, but would definitely benefit from a new set of bath towels and fresh pillows - Next time I would probably just bring my own. Overall a nice stay.

Incredibly quiet neighborhood close to Fairhaven and the trails of Bellingham. Quite convenient to I-5. Starbucks is just around the corner.

Home Away From Home!!
We were in Unit 6 for about 4 1/2 weeks. *Everything* was so comfortable for us. If we return to B'ham, we will definitely try to stay here again!! At first I thought Fairhaven was sort of out of it and wanted to stay downtown. But once I got to know this place, I totally love it in there!! Great for nature and hiking/biking trails, community, eats, space, shopping, activities. Very easy to access all from Amy's place. I told everyone I am 11 minutes from absolutely everything!! Amy is so easy to communicate with and is totally responsive. Love, love, love the place.

Quiet, Comfortable and Convenient
This was my second stay here, and the first under the new owner. I enjoyed it even more this time.
The apartment is clean, quiet and a very comfortable place to live. I thoroughly enjoyed my 10-day stay and got in a few hundred miles of hiking and geocaching - two endeavors for which Bellingham is unbeatable!
I was in the end unit, which is apparently appointed especially for pet owners, and my Dalmatian had a wonderful time here. There are hard floors rather than carpeting, and leather furniture. Perfect, and I really appreciate being able to bring her.
The owner was prompt in answering my questions (it turns out there IS a DVD/Blu-Ray in the unit - thanks!). The laundry is convenient and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable. I really, really appreciated the good-sized table in the unit - a rarity in other locations I have stayed at. Plenty of room for my desktop and an eating area.

OK place but I'll look elsewhere next visit
Uncomfortable bed, a double not a queen and we both had difficulty sleeping. No air conditioning and it was a hot weekend. Nothing else wrong, but nothing either to make us want to come back. Neighborhood is residential, far from any services.

Walking distance from Fairhaven fun.
We loved the location and the ease of booking. The owner consistently answered our questions and requests. The unit is part of a building with six units and is in a quiet part of town that feels like it's in the country. Our grandsons had a great time exploring the property and admiring the hidden statues.
There's no couch in Unit 6 so if you're a couple there's no place to snuggle and watch TV. You have to sit in separate chairs. We didn't cook food but we made coffee every morning and heated up leftovers in the microwave from meals we had in Bellingham for both dinner and breakfast. Overall we had a very good experience.
