A Piece of Paradise in the Heart of Playa Guiones
Questa nuovissima casa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è la tua perfetta vacanza nella giungla / spiaggia. Situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e da tutto ciò che l'accogliente North End ha da offrire, si trova nella posizione più ideale in una stradina tranquilla. Guarda le scimmie sugli alberi e vai a dormire al suono della giungla. 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ristoranti, bar, mini market, compagnie turistiche, ecc lascia a te se desideri il tuo mezzo di trasporto per il tuo soggiorno.
Questa casa ha tutti i dettagli, splendidi elettrodomestici ed è uno spazio funzionale perfetto per un massimo di 4 persone. Ha un ottimo portico per pranzare all'aperto e la cucina è il sogno di uno chef.

We loved Nosara and this home! It was the perfect size and layout for our family of four. The house was modern, clean and had all amenities we could ask for. The pool was the perfect size and temperature for an afternoon plunge and soak after a day at the beach. The beach and all the great restaurants were five minutes or less away in our rented golf cart.

This was the perfect house in the perfect location! Everything you need is in the house and everything you could want is a short walk away! AC worked great, pool was the perfect size for cooling off after a hot humid day! Sarah the host was amazing with all her suggestions and super prompt responding back to any questions! Perfect place for a beach vacation!

This beautiful home in the heart of Nosara, walking distance to restaurants, shops and Playa Guiones was perfect!We’d wake up (from super comfortable beds) and jump in our private pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need and the outdoor table was wonderful for dining in and enjoying the outside. The house was incredibly comfortable, clean, and in an ideal location- close to everything but not in the middle of it all so peaceful night’s and calm mornings waking up to the sounds of birds (and the occasional howling monkeys).And the host, Sarah, was wonderful- responsive and very helpful in recommending restaurants, surf instructors, and providing reliable transport from/to Liberia airport.Highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat. My two teenage kids and husband agree - a delightful family vacation. Pura vida!

Nice house, brand new. Off the Main Street, but very close to everything. Right around the corner from La Brassa and 10 min walk to beach.
