Planimetria su due livelli completamente rinnovata con ingresso al piano terra! La casa è stata appena acquistata quest'anno e ha avuto un VALUTAZIONE A 5 STELLE per gli anni passati di affitto. Posizione perfetta vicino alla spiaggia, al porto turistico e al golf. Strada tranquilla con grande privacy e vista libera su palude / acqua. L'ingresso principale si apre sulla zona giorno / pranzo / cucina con pavimenti in mattoni lucidati. La zona giorno si apre su un ampio patio in mattoni e legno sulla palude con splendide viste. La cucina è nuova al 100%, inclusi ripiani in quarzo, armadi ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Il livello superiore ha due camere da letto con nuovi pavimenti in legno, cabine armadio e un bagno di collegamento completo tra camera principale e camera per gli ospiti. Il livello inferiore ha una camera da letto, una tana e un bagno completo. Per quelli con problemi ambulatoriali notare che non c'è un bagno al livello principale. Pavimenti in cemento rifiniti a mano al piano inferiore con grande tana che include camino a gas. Carrello da golf a 4 posti (incluso) e kyack si trovano nel posto auto coperto. 4 biciclette sono incluse nel noleggio. Le carte amenity possono essere acquistate per l'uso dei servizi sull'isola (piscine, golf, ristoranti, marina, ecc ...). Host reached out to us prior to our stay to let us know the home would be empty if we could come earlier, which was very thoughtful. Home was immaculate. Location was exactly what we wanted -private but convenient. Roomy, peaceful and the best stocked kitchen of anywhere I have stayed. Bed was comfortable. Marsh view was beautiful- lots of deer in the area. The included golf cart was the cherry on top. We had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house so much! The house was very clean and well equipped! Perfect for our family. The location overlooking the marsh was perfect and tons of wildlife! The deer!! Communication with Jared was easy and very responsive. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property.

We love this place. We have stayed here multiple times and each time it gets harder to leave. Jared is so easy to work with and his place is truly amazing. We love it here!!

This house has an Amazing view on the Marsh.The house has everything you can possibly need and more! Jared is very responsive to any questions. By far one of the best houses to stay at while visiting Fripp.

The house was perfect for our family’s week at Fripp. Plenty of bedrooms with private space for the teens. Kitchen was fabulous and well stocked. Even had a separate fridge for extra drinks which came in handy. Having chairs and bikes supplied was a huge plus along with fun beach toys and games for our evening entertainment. The golf cart couldn’t have been nicer, but the view…truly beautiful and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. The owner was so great to work with. He communicated timely and thoroughly and even checked in on us midweek. Such a great vacation that allowed us to truly relax!

Our first trip to Fripp was wonderful! The house was ideally located and well equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the marsh. The provided golf cart shuttled us easily to the beach, pool, and to get ice cream! Host was easy to communicate with. We'll be back to this property!

The home is lovely and the marsh setting on Fripp Island is so pretty and interesting.
Bring plenty of groceries and settle in for a peaceful, fun stay.
Jared is a gracious, communicative and a helpful host with a great sense of humor. You should definitely stay here—just don’t book when we want to visit!! (Lol)

Great property. Enjoyed the using the bikes and golf cart. Inside has been updated and the kitchen is very well stocked. Back deck is also nice with a great view of the marsh. We stayed at several houses on Fripp, would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time renting this property. I've never been drawn to rent a second time with any other properties. I love the location, the style of the home and it's furnishings, as well as the natural environment. Who knows? Maybe I will return a third time in the future.

This amazing house has such a beautiful view overlooking the marsh. We loved all the attention to detail in this peaceful, comfortable home. My husband and I look forward to visiting Jared and Aimee's place again.

Great place to enjoy Fripp
We had a wonderful stay at this great rental. The marsh view and all the amenities on Fripp and at the rental house made this stay one of our favorites! The home is beautiful and everything was perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay at this house on Fripp. The split living room layout was great for our little people to watch their shows downstairs while the big people watched what we wanted upstairs while in the house. The Golf Cart was perfect for getting back and forth to the Beach/Pools/Marina. Waking up to coffee on the porch and deer viewing was the perfect start to everyday. Can't say enough good things about this property.

Again our stay at Jared and Aimee's home on the marshes met all our expectations. The hosts are very communicative and it made our stay very enjoyable. No bad surprise and this is good. The egrets by the golf course had chicks and we enjoyed watching them. The ospreys were incubating while the alligators were, like us sunbathing. Every morning the deer came to visit to check if some food was available but no luck with us. We also visited the Activity center and our granddaughter handled the snakes and was thrilled. A great stay with my family, Thank you Jared and Aimee!

Again our stay at Jared and Aimee's home on the marshes met all our expectations. The hosts are very communicative and it made our stay very enjoyable. No bad surprise and this is good. Great Lay out and Amazing Marsh Views

Plenty of beach chairs and toys. Beautiful view. Owner was helpful and always quick to respond. Most fun was riding around in golf cart and seeing so many deer. We look forward to returning when weather is warmer!

The stairs in this split level are manageable by the elderly (my 80-year-old mother said so) and the lower-level den was warmer (which she really enjoyed) than what we enjoyed upstairs. This layout is also great for teens and young-adults needing a separate space to hang out. Jared was especially helpfull. I've rented on Fripp at least once a year for over 20 years....This place is a top choice!

This house was clean EVERYWHERE and it had everything we needed. The stairs in this split level are manageable by the elderly (my 80-year-old mother said so) and the lower-level den was warmer (which she really enjoyed) than what we enjoyed upstairs. This layout is also great for teens and young-adults needing a separate space to hang out. Jared was especially helpfull. Heaven on Earth
We have stayed at this property 4 times now and love it. The view is absolutely beautiful and Jared is awesome to work with. Our sons are already talking about new year and we just left.

This was our fourth year vacationing on Fripp Island and this home was by far the best home we have stayed in. It was exactly as described with beautiful decor and very clean. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the marsh. It was the perfect spot to gather at night and to watch the sunrise in the morning. The owners were wonderful to work with and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely be back again next year.

Couldn’t Have Been More Perfect
This property is exactly as described and pictured except the pictures just can’t do it justice. It’s a gorgeous home with stunning views and conveniently located. Literally everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation and then some is provided. The house is immaculate - truly the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever used. The beds are super comfortable too. The owner was fantastic to work with and very helpful since we were learning the ropes on our first trip to Fripp. Can’t wait to go back and I know exactly where we will stay!

A wonderful vacation nest.
Have you ever regretted that your stay somewhere was somewhat too short? Well, this has just happened to us. Few more days would have been welcomed. The house was as described and was perfect for our visit, and Katie had done a great job in prepping the place. Jared and Aimee are great hosts and here is one example: we forgot to bring binoculars and my wife called Jared to asked if a pair was stashed somewhere, Jared came back and said that they were not any on site but by Thursday binos would show up in the mailbox and it happened! I don't know about you but this is beyond the call. Again, Thank you Jared.
