Circa 150 mq (1650 mq). Gli alloggi comprendono una cucina da pranzo con gamma Rayburn, costruito nel forno e piano cottura, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigo / congelatore e grande tavolo da pranzo.
Salotto con vista mozzafiato, stufa a legna e TV / DVD a schermo piatto. 2 ° salone con vista su Blencathra, TV / DVD da 50 pollici e divano letto futon.
Camera da letto 1 con letto king size.
Camera 2 con letti matrimoniali e singoli.
Camera da letto 3 con due letti singoli.
2 bagni recentemente completamente piastrellati con Villeroy e
Suite Boch; utilità con lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Our stay at Townhead barn was perfect. Our family of six adults were very comfortable. There is plenty of space to not feel on top of each other with two lounge areas and a large kitchen/dining area. There are plenty of accessories for cooking and food generally, there is pretty much everything you need to prepare for food.Threlkeld is in a good location with two pubs, both of which serve food, one being more restaurant-style than the other. Townhead Barn’s location is on a small quiet side lane less than a ten minute walk to the pubs and on a footpath route through the fields and then onto a maintained footpath following the old railway line leading towards Keswick.Access to the A66 for travelling to other areas of the Lake District is minutes away from the village.The selection of DVD’s available in the barn were popular some of the family with plenty to choose from. When we return to the Lake District, we will undoubtedly be seeing if Townhead Barn is available.

The property is very well equipped (kitchen / family games / dvds) and has plenty of space in the kitchen and lounges to eat and relax, as well as a basement area ideal for walking boots and drying coats. The property is in a great location, with local walks up to small waterfalls through to Blencathra and beyond all from the front day. The views from the property are amazing. We would very happily return to the property and are considering when we can go again.
