We love this property and have stayed here 4 times now! It is very clean, feels safe, and convenient! The pool and hot tub are always clean and very nice! The walk to the beach is short. Love this place!

The property was exactly as shown in photos. Cute and cozy. Location was ideal for me—not too close to all the restaurants and touristy spots but a very short drive if that’s what you want. Beach access was easy (not much beach and super-crowded, but still worth it!). My favorite was sitting on the balcony having dinner and a glass of wine. Access was simple and the condo was on the end of the building which made it easy to get in and out. Amenities were nice and the unit was very clean upon arrival. Made plenty of use of the kitchen (instead of eating out) and had no trouble with finding things that were needed. The bed was delightful—very comfortable! All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d come back to this spot again!

We had a great time. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved that we had a front and back balcony so we always had sunshine. The property was clean. The beach was a short walk.. just a few minutes to get there. Restaurants were just a few minutes away. Everything was wonderful! We would definitey stay again.

The accommodations were just what we wanted. for a 2 week stay. Clean, with plenty of light, nicely decorated and in good working condition. We appreciate being on the 2 lane section of W Beach Blvd. Less traffic and quieter.

The condo was very nice and just right for a short vacation. We had access to the for my grandson to do some fishing. The pool and hot tub was very nice. And private access right across the road to the beautiful Gulf. The condo it’s self was very nice and clean. All and all great memories were made. Will be back to stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay in 301A in 3 years. It was just as neat, clean, and maintained as the previous visit. I like that it's right at the top of the steps. The building does have some new elevators now, and that is nice. The beach is MUCH narrower than it used to be, and that made it much more crowded. We probably won't be back next year because of that. Hopefully that will be repaired soon. But the unit and the building remain AWESOME. We've stayed at the Surf and Racquet club for nearly 10 years. When the beach is restored, we'll be back.

LOVED the condo, it's location and beach accessibility! 2 balconies were perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Condo was spotless and the kitchen was better stocked than my own. Bed was super comfortable. Didn't use the pool but the pier seating was beautiful at night. Highly recommend!!!

From your balcony you can see the ocean and how the waves are that day which I absolutely loved. Pools were clean and rooms were clean. No smells in rooms which was an absolute plus! Front desk lady was super nice as well!

The condo were as described and the amenities of the property were in working order after Sally. The lagoon and beach are just a quick walk away. There is a private access point to the beach that was in a perfect location to pop over and visit. The condo was the perfect size for two people.

enjoyed our stay. condo was exactly as described. Small but great for two people especially with two balconies. Great view from both balconies.
Note: The Surf and racket club only has
one working elevator and tennis courts waiting for repairs due to hurricane Sally.

Such a cozy spot for time by the beach. Decor is up to date and furnished with everything needed for an enjoyable time of relaxation. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and walks on the boardwalk to watch the sun set. Perfect for a couple or girls trip since the bedroom area is not closed from the rest of the space.
