Brought my parents here to watch our daughter play beach volleyball at Hickory Point. We loved our stay and felt very at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there’s plenty of space to spread out and enjoy relaxation and gathering. The sun room was a favorite. Thanks for a great experience, David!

The house is in a great location. Nice quite neighborhood with a pool that was spring feed with a sand bottom. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery shopping. They have everything you need the house was spotless, hope to stay with them again!

I rarely leave reviews on anything, but this stay deserved a shout-out. We were down to visit my family (for the first time in a LONG time) in Leesburg and Eustis, and this was a great mid-way point between them for my husband, teenage son and I to have our own basecamp. The home was super-clean, stocked to the gills with nearly everything you'd need (spices! soap! laundry detergent! mustard!) and very comfortable. Community is quiet and peaceful - with a fabulous bakery/deli and distillery/farm stand within minutes. Get the moonshine, you won't regret it (...maybe you will...). We'll be back, I'm sure - maybe with our boat this time!

Plenty of extra room to spread out and read a book, watch some Roku on the TV, take a nap or enjoy a coffee and conversation. Lake Harris an easy walk, and a community pool along with looping lanes around the neighborhood to "get your steps". Distillery and Bakery, a short walk or drive, should not be ignored. Convenience store a short distance away from neighborhood. Supermarkets, pharmacies, gas, takeout and other community essentials are less than 2-3 miles away. "Downtown" Leesburg with more diverse restaurants, parks, shopping, recreation and hospital is conveniently nearby. Host is professional, courteous and respondent to questions via phone or text.

The best location for our stay. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Our favorite part is being able to swim in the natural spring pool & to bike or walk the charming neighborhood. Overall a fantastic stay.

This is one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed at. The location is great. The property is great. House is super clean. Beds are comfy. Not a single thing we didn’t like. Thanks David!

I was there practicing for a Bass Tournament on the Harris Chain, we were able to park 3 trucks and boats easily, house was clean and comfortable, will be staying there again for the tournament.

It was very clean, comfy bed, plush towels, wonderful sun room and screened lanai. It was just 2 of us, but could accommodate 4-6 just fine in my opinion. Has a great fire pit which we used. A big plus is all the extra things they supply in the kitchen that often don't come with rentals, plastic storage containers, foil, plastic dishes for outside or with little ones, many extra dish and silverware servings. This was almost a 5 star rating but a small master bath (altho very nice and adequate) and some challenges with the TV system (which was probably due to our being over 65 and not as used to streaming stuff) made it just below 5 star for us. But we would rent there again and would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful time there, had all our children there! We were able to watch our youngest daughter play some softball games and participate in Sophmore Day at LSSC. The house was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! GREAT LAYOUT! LOTS of room for the family to hang out together! GREAT location! WE LOVED our stay!!

Wonderful host, regularly communicates and updates about the property. Willing to work with guests. Clear, concise instructions about the property. Well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, immaculate condition.

We had a great stay...owner was very responsive to all questions.. the location is great close enough to all activities but far enough away to enjoy some downtime we will come back
