The location is ideal, overlooks the bay but from the quiet side, with one of the top sunset restaurants below it and the beach a few minute walk further along to pick up a king coconut and go surfing every morning, heaven. On return Pradeep had my breakfast ready, he was very attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay effortless inside and outside of the hotel, a special thanks! Will be back, soonest.

We had the most beautiful stay at Emma’s Sea View! The location is absolutely stunning and the property was everything we could have hoped for. As four girls travelling together, feeling safe and comfortable was really important to us, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. The biggest highlight, however, was Pradeep, the caretaker. He was genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people we have ever met. He made us feel so welcomed and cared for that the place truly felt like home. Whether it was a quick text or a call, he was always so prompt and happy to help with anything we needed. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Emma’s Sea View is beautiful, but having someone like Pradeep looking after you makes the stay truly special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hiriketiya and would happily stay here again! 🤍🌊

The only drawback I’d say was that there was no hot/warm water to shower & the lights in the room were a little too dim for our liking

Booked standard room. No view. Sandwiched in back yard between staff quarters. Provided with 4 teabags and 1 sugar for 3 nights. No drinking water. Only cold shower. Dark room. Broken outside furniture. Perhaps we had high expectations after 7 other great stays at similar price level. In our opinion, the website and reviews on this property did not match the reality.
