A beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of Belgrade. Exceptional service, genuinely welcoming staff, excellent food and a wonderful massage. The breakfast was particularly impressive, with a lovely selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients. A perfect combination of comfort, hospitality and location.

Everything was good; new, modern hotel, everything clean and functional. Comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms, great customer service, good breakfast, unbeatable location, free ticket to the National Museum.

The staff were absolutely lovely — warm, friendly, helpful and very professional. Everyone I dealt with was kind and genuinely tried to assist. The hotel is in a great location, and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.
Room service needs significant improvement. The staff were always very nice when I contacted them, but the service itself could be much better organised. I had to call reception for almost everything, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. It would also be much better if guests could control the air-conditioning temperature themselves rather than having to contact reception to have it adjusted. The hotel is also located in a PEDESTRIAN ZONE , which can be extremely challenging when arriving or leaving with a lot of heavy luggage. It requires carrying heavy luggage for few hundred metres, which was very stressful in the hot weather.
