Very nice location, on the fantastom Hermosa Beach, relaxing. Quiet AC, no homeless people in this area. Many restaurants nerebly
Cleaning shold be improved, very small choice during breakfast, you dont get impresion you get what you paid for. Overall hotel is quite dirty, no elevator, most rooms have view to the beach but also quite loud restaurant.

things we liked about this hotel was the location was perfect and right on the beach. Most of the rooms had a nice view and the rooms were large. The staff was also very friendly.
The towels had stains and were worn and tattered/frayed. The tv was promised to have Chromecast capability but it didn't work. The shower had no shower gel in the soap pump and the shower grout and sink grout was black with mold. The bed pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and small. The continental breakfast was worse than what you would see at a 3 star hotel. For $500/night it just did not meet our expectations.
