This house is very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped for shorter or long-term stays. Everything you need is available. The kitchen is huge and includes everything you need to cooking simply or elaborately! The location is great for walking or short drives to great local spots and the University. The photos accurately represent the house. On the property there are two other rental units, detached from the house, but this does not affect the privacy, accessibility nor quiet of the house. The owner is terrific and responsive and helpful.

This house was perfect for us in every way. Sometimes rental photos make the property look bigger than it is, but this one was bigger than the photos showed! Our adult sons stayed on the first floor in the spacious guest rooms, and we had the enormous master suite, with two walk in closets, two sinks in the bathroom and a jacuzzi! We also loved the fully stocked gourmet island kitchen. It made everyone want to cook. The owners were charming and accessible, and even left us a Christmas tree and ornaments so that we could feel cozy and at home. It is simply a marvelous living space.

Had such a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property. Enjoyed evenings under the incredible patios. Such a quiet oasis and yet so close to everything in Tucson. Hosts were incredible. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Tucson.

Kristin's property is centrally located for easy access to all sorts of outdoor activities and the state and national parks, as well as the university and downtown, where we enjoyed restaurants and breweries during our 6 week stay. The house was well stocked and had plenty of room for our party of 3 adults and 3 pets, and had some great workspaces that supported us as we worked remote during the week and played on the weekend. Kristin checked in on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable and answer any questions.

The house was very clean, nice SW decorations, and had a very well stocked and complete kitchen - glasses, plates, silver, knives, and everything else you might possibly need as well as consumables. Bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels, hair dryers, and bath products. Very nice owners that bent over backward to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They called several times to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended - you will be pleased, and we plan to stay again.

Fabulous property. Great attention to detail. More than what we expected. Our hosts were gracious and helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. It is fully stocked with everything you need and then some. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back. If I could give it more stars I would. Thanks for an awesome stay!

We spent a lovely week here, relaxing, touring Tucson, and enjoying home cooked meals. Very well equipped kitchen and porches for dining made for nice evenings. Hope to visit again!

The Spanish hacienda is a beautiful, comfortable, light filled home to stay in! Beautifully decorated!! We stayed during a snow storm (in Tucson) and we were perfectly comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony! Master suite was spacious. The shower was spectacular (and allowed you to set the temperature of the water). Watched the wind moving in the trees in the windows above the cupboards in the kitchen. Full kitchen with everything you need. We want to go back and stay when it is warm to enjoy the spacious porch and barbecue! The owners were gracious and friendly, willing to do anything they could to make your stay better. Really a great stay! We want to go back!

5 star living, wonderful hosts.

Our family of 4 was looking for a house from which to explore Tucson and surrounding mountains. We stumbled on Kristin's beautiful house, which is about a mile from the University of Arizona. Kristin's house is more like a "compound", which has a main house where we stayed, two smaller guests houses and separate laundry facilities. The main house is beautifully decorated and VERY spacious with a large kitchen and dining room, living room, sitting rooms and 3 bedrooms that were all recently renovated. In fact, the entire house was immaculate and great mountain views from the second floor - including a rainbow over the late afternoon mountains. Kristin made us feel so welcome by meeting us at our arrival, leaving us a bottle of wine and some great fresh coffee beans that powered us every morning. Kristin was extremely responsive with every question we had and we would absolutely stay at Kristin's magnificent house when we return to Tucson. Thank you Kristin!
