Location of the property was perfect very quiet and peaceful but perfectly positioned to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to perfection we were spoilt for choice.
I would highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely house on the edge of Brokenhurst. Quiet location but easy to find & within walking distance of the town. Gorgeous breakfasts in the conservatory. A pretty garden with patio & garden furniture for enjoying an evening drink whilst watching the antics of the Shetland ponies in the next paddock. Safe, off-road perking. Excellent pub just down the road.

Very clean, comfortable room and lovely breakfast. Small fridge for cool drinks. View onto the farm Shetland ponies and New Forest. Walking distance to Brockenhurst past interesting church with New Zealand connections in the war. We enjoyed our stay.
Maybe some fresh milk in the little fridge but other than that nothing to report here.

Genete was lovely, friendly & not intrusive. The property was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy & the breakfast was amazing.

The farm was in a lovely location with an excellent breakfast served in the light and airy conservatory. Gennette the owner was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed looking out on her shetland ponies and views of the countryside.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

A wide choice of breakfast. My husband chose full English which was excellent. It was served in the spacious conservatory with a view of the ponies in the paddock and surrounded by a lovely garden. The host was very kind and helpful. Our room was light and airy with a luxurious and comfortable king size bed . The house was about 30 minutes slow walk from the village, which was very much to our liking. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

Very friendly host (also providing useful information about visiting nice places and good pubs for diner), nice quite location, very good English breakfast, clean room having a fridge and coffee, good bed.

It is a beautiful place to stay, peaceful, friendly and within two minutes walk you are amongst trees and moorland. Breakfast was lovely and the host went out of her way to provide vegan butter, yoghurt etc for me. I can't wait to stay here again!

Graceland Farm is a beautiful property set in the heart of the New Forest with its own herd of Shetland ponies. Genette is really friendly and helpful and makes an amazing, tasty and extremely generous breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for Genette and she is so lovely. Home beautifully clean and welcoming.

Our host Genette, was very accommodating and was available for any questions that we had.
The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on with a very nice en-suite shower room.
The breakfast was comprehensive, well cooked and again our host was on hand for any other requests that we had.
The site is excellent for exploring the New Forest, with so many things to do and experience.
Really could not ask for more, no issues at all,

Great B and B, loved the quiet location. Host very friendly. Exceptional breakfast. Would of given it 10/10 but there were a couple of things that could of been done to improve our stay
Nowhere to put toiletries when in shower, no toothbrush Holder, no toilet roll holder on wall, no hook on bedroom door for coats. No blind or curtain on bathroom window.
