Hosts communication was exceptional. We were delayed in traffic, but our host, Olivia was great in communicating instructions for our arrival.

Very good customer service! We needed a couple of things to cook and Olivia brought it to us! Excellent location as you are directly on the sky slopes! Very calm at night! Good heating system! And. View on the slopes. 5min going down to the center, however be ready to walk back up!
Nice welcome! Clean and well furnished!
I am not impressed with the design tho as they put the ski lockers access at the back therefore you need to go down the stairs full of ice with your ski boots and the gears which is not logical but cannot be changed!
