We had a great week here in this lovely studio. The bus stops outside and takes you to Nice in 35 minutes or to the train in ten. The terrace view is amazing. The queen bed is up stairs in a low ceiling loft; the bathroom is on the main floor. The AC worked well when needed. Thank you!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Laurie & Fabrizio's apartment.
The apartment is clean, tidy and has everything that you may need. The view is even more amazing than the pictures!
The kitchen is well-equipped and lots of towels / linen are provided. The owner is friendly and responded quickly to any questions.
The apartment has a convenient below-ground garage where you can securely park your car.
The apartment complex has a very nice pool and a sauna.
Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is ideally located; approx. 30mins' walk along the beautiful coastline to Beaulieu-sur-Mer where you can catch a train (around 12mins) to Monaco, or hire a boat from the marina there.
It is also easy to drive out to the surrounding areas such as Saint-Tropez, Grasse, Nice, Cannes and so forth.
Highly recommended and thank you for making our holiday so special!
Best regards,
Sally & Craig from the UK

Our stay in Cap Ferrat was fabulous and the apartment is perfect for two people. The terrace is very large and the view to the bay spectacular. This was our 4th stay here I believe and it’s never disappointed us. The local shop and bakery are a short walk and the beach is only about 10 minutes walk. We have never felt the need to hire a car as the bus service is very frequent if you want to go to nice, there is also a train station if you prefer and places are very easy to get to with the transport.
I would highly recommend.
Cap Ferrat is a very friendly safe place to stay
