La nourriture est excellente et en bonne quantité. Bonne communication avec Dion qui est très arrangeant.

Wifi très faible. La clim fonctionnait mal, impossible de rester se reposer la journée dans la chambre il y faisait trop chaud. Dommage il n’y avait plus de hamac sur la terrasse.

I had a really wonderful stay at Blue Sharks Bunaken and would definitely stay with Dion again if I go back to Bunaken. From the beginning, Dion was super helpful and welcoming. I arrived in Manado at 4 a.m. after a very long transpacific journey involving four flights, and he arranged the transfer from the airport directly to Blue Sharks. That was gold for me because I was absolutely exhausted after such a long trip. I really wanted to start diving as soon as possible, but Dion told me to get some rest first. He showed me to my room and let me join the afternoon dive instead. Someone else might have just let me dive right away, but he was absolutely right. After a good rest, I felt like a new person! The room was very comfortable, with A/C and a fan, and it was perfect for relaxing and recovering between dives. And the food was amazing! Everything was home-cooked, delicious, and different every day. As a vegetarian, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by how varied and tasty every meal was. Every day brought something different, and everything was so delicious. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Blue Sharks is a homestay attached to Dion's home, and he really made me feel like I was being welcomed into his house rather than just staying somewhere. I did 16 dives during my stay and had an awesome time. I actually couldn't help but extend my stay for another night and add another day of diving! Dion was always super helpful and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and having a good time. If I go back to Bunaken, I will definitely stay with Dion again. A few thing to be aware although none of them were a problem for me. Blue Sharks is right in the center of the village, which I actually liked because you are right in the middle of local life. The downside is that you will hear the mosque and the church early in the morning, as well as the roosters, dogs, and even the Bible readings around 4 a.m. 😄 So if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs! But honestly, this isn't really a Blue Sharks issue, if you stay anywhere in the village, you'll experience pretty much the same thing. Another thing is the electricity. When the electricity goes out, it goes out across the island, so during the day the homestays and restaurants run on generators. I didn't find this to be a big deal at all. I was usually out diving during the day, and by night time the power was always back on, so I had plenty of time to recharge all my devices. Because the electricity is off during the day, the wifi also doesn't work during those hours. If you need to stay connected, I'd recommend getting a local SIM card before arriving in Bunaken. I didn't have time to get one myself, and honestly, I ended up enjoying being disconnected! Whenever I really needed to send an urgent message or book something, Dion was always happy to help. So again, this wasn't a problem for me and isn't really a Blue Sharks issue, it's simply the reality of connectivity on the island. One last small thing: the bathroom didn't have a sink. Again, it wasn't a big deal for me, and from what I heard from other visitors, this is fairly common in Bunaken and more a feature of the local accommodations than something specific to Blue Sharks. Overall, none of these things took away from my experience. I actually enjoyed being a little disconnected and experiencing village life, just come prepared for Bunaken as it is, rather than expecting the conveniences of a city hotel.

ブラケンのポートから歩いて行きます。海岸沿いを歩いて行くとまもなく到着できます。スタッフは親切で素晴らしいです。ここにダイビングに来ました。すべての世話をしてくれます。食事はおいしいです。ダイビングを中心に快適に過ごすことができます。

時々電気が落ちることがありました。しかし、これはインドネシアの島では珍しいことではないと思います。まもなく復旧します。

Merci à Dion et son équipe pour ce séjour de rêve ! J'ai tout aimé : - l'accueil, - la propreté de la chambre (salle de bain lavée chaque jour), - le balcon avec la vue sur la mer, - le hamac où faire mes meilleures siestes, - les plongées magnifiques, - les repas délicieux... Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la variété des repas. Nous sommes végétariens et malgré cela nous n'avons jamais mangé le même plat. C'était vraiment délicieux ! Les quantités sont généreuses. Le tout est équilibré. Vous avez toujours un fruit en dessert. Pour notre 3eme voyage en Indonésie, nous n'avions jamais aussi bien mangé et si variété. La cheffe est une pépite. Dion, l'hôte, lui est un bijou. Il vous rend la vie tellement facile. Il est sympathique, souriant et drôle. Nous avons adoré discuter avec lui. Dans son homestay, il a pensé à tout pour que ca soit parfait et ca l'est ! Il nous a aidé pour chacun de nos trajets. Il a été très patient et nous a conseillé au mieux. Nous sommes plongeurs et nous avons adoré Bunaken comme destination. Les sites sont choisis sur mesure en fonction du niveau du groupe. Ils varient chaque jour. Vous sortez de votre chambre, vous descendez les escaliers et vous êtes sur la plage pour monter sur le bateau. On ne peut pas rêver mieux en tant que plongeurs. Le matériel est en super état ! L'équipage est adorable. Vraiment, nous vous conseillons cet endroit ! Notre coin de paradis.
