clean and spacious, laundry facility
we stayed here for 4 days and found it over priced, the kettle was rusty, we only got 5 sachets of coffee and 2 sachets of sugar

The location was good - close to town centre & the activities in Exmouth were wonderful.
Too many notifications & forms to be filled out; also received some wrong information regarding pricing; no cancellation

No breakfast offered
The shower did not have a rail so was only able to used by holding with one hand and washing with one hand which is extremely hard to do. The bedroom pillow cases were soiled on arrival as was the tea towel. There were 2 x bathroom towels but no hand towels.
