Splendida residenza immersa tra imponenti querce vere. 2 camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale, 2 bagni e un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Sei posti letto comodamente. Piccolo ponte fuori dal soggiorno con tavolo e sedie. Fantastico ponte sul tetto con vista sul Campidoglio. Cucina abitabile con piano cottura, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, tostapane e tutti i piatti, bicchieri e utensili. Può essere combinato, in attesa di disponibilità, con Eleven Oaks Suite per fornire alloggi per otto persone. Entrambi i padroni di casa, Janelle e Ted, sono disponibili per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Eleven Oaks Townhouse è una struttura rigorosamente non fumatori. È vietato fumare ovunque nei locali, all'interno e all'esterno. Undici Oaks Townhouse non è una casa per feste STR. L'occupazione è limitata a sei. Had a fantastic stay here! There were 4 of us traveling together for a long weekend, and this spot was perfect - great location, very welcoming hosts, and the house was lovely. Everyone had a wonderful weekend and we would highly recommend this to anyone!

Research the parking issues ahead of time. Our host was kind enough to help with parking for us but if you have others coming to visit you while you are there, let them know they must pay to park and then walk to the rental. Just get familiar with the area before you go. Our host was very helpful.

Overall, I rated this property three stars. One star because I’ve never had such good communication with a property owner before. Also, the extra touches were above and beyond such as plenty of extra toilet paper and tissues. And good coffee! Another star because the location was perfect. We came in for the Formula One race and because of this location, we avoided almost all of the hotel shuttle congestion. We also had easy access to a plethora of restaurants. The third star is for the property itself. It was the right size and the right balance of city and suburban living. The -2 stars are because sleep is very important to us and the first night we were awoken by someone yelling and then multiple times by creatures screeching then in the morning by six different trash trucks and then by the business across the street with people leaving their cars and entering business cars so there was constant on and off of the car alarms. All things considered I can’t say for sure whether we would stay here again or not
