Nice staff, clean room, bus stop the Schwerin center in front of the hotel. If you take the bus to schwerin center takes like 10-15min to arrive there. Shopping center Behind the hotel.

Comfy beds, competitive prices, clean and great location for our needs. Also free parking and excellent internt. Didnt try the breakfast. grocery store close by

Not really a flaw, but more something to be aware of if its important to someone else. Staff during check in didnt seem to speak english. This wasnt an issue for us cause we could communicate with gestures and my very very basic school german that i learned 2 decades ago

Very nice room. we stayed one day in the Hotel. Staff was very welcoming, the guy at the reception gave us the bus schedule and helped us a lot. the parking outside is free which is a great benefit. also there’s a Kaufland a couple of minutes walk. all in all we liked it pretty much

Great stay! We needed a calm, silent, simple and not too expensive place to sleep during our city trip and the hotel gave all that. The bed was small but comfortable, and the room was very silent at night.

no kettle to warm water (hot water expensive: 2£ for a cup of only warm water), no refrigerator.

Renovations all over the hotel and not only in the reception area. Room was not cleaned from day 1 to day 2. Thin walls with no sound isolation - one could here the guest from the other room snoring the entire night.

Cheap and simple hotel. Quite clean but old enough. Far from town center.

I would like to complain about this hotel. The photos of the hotel and rooms that are offered by the website do not correspond to the reality. The rooms are very old and dirty even the beds mattresses are super dirty. There is not elevator available in the hotel and we were placed on a second floor. We were 4. I recently had a surgery, , my mom has a injury in the back and my father has an injury in the leg. We were unable to take our baggage to our rooms because they were very heavy. the stuff of the hotel did help us just with 2 suitcases, but we had 5. It was awful experience. I think booking.com should realize about the offers that hotels make because this is a false advertising.

A bit basic but suitable for an overnight quick stay.

It would be very hard to tell what we liked - infact the only thing worth mentioning is the polite and responsive staff of the hotel who tried to assist us in any way they could despite knowing what cockroach trap their working place is.... Feel really sorry for them... :-(

Unfortunately, there's so much negative to say about our extremely disappointing stay at Ibis Sued Schwerin... I was with my wife, my mother and my 2 kids, and we all really regret about staying at this hotel. Everything was absolutely basic, without any faint hint of elementary comfort - they failed even on the most elementary requirement for a hotel : cleanliness. The room was not tidy upon arrival, the carpet was dirty, there were not enought towels, and those available were old and worn out, with many holes in them. After few hours we found out the toilet was leaking so there was smell of urine all over the room. The personnel was very polite so they changer the room for us. Add the absolutely basic breakfast and the poor location at the outskitrs of the city, and there you go. Definitely NOT recommended unless if don't care at all about any room amenities or have no other choice. Never again IBIS Budget.

Good bed, enough parking places

There were neither towels nor soap in the room. Strange enough the reception could not help because there were no clean towels available in the storage. I travel a lot but never happened to me. It is not acceptable especially in a hotel belonging to a well-known chain. For me, it is a money-back situation.

Notwithstanding 'budget': - water from shower was going in all directions, would need maintenance - toilet didn't have a seat. That might be budget too, but is was not even cleaned. Unhygienic spots of... I don't wanna know... that we wiped away ourselves. Toilet was also not flushed when we came in... toilet paper was there... - beds: I had better in other Ibis Budget hotels - breakfast only possible in the room due to Covid-19, and we were on 3rd floor... so we cancelled breakfast.
