we liked the facilities such as the swimming pool, cafe and bar.

The unit is too small. No water heater. Dirty water in the dispenser was left in the kitchen without a note saying it was not for guests. If I didn’t complain about it, the host would never tell us it was not to be used.

The queen bed, the fridge, tv, microwave, iron, and other amenities. The front desk service is good especially when we ask for a grab taxi or ordinary taxi. Front desk was courteous. The cleaning persons were accommodating. The owner of the unit is easy to talk to. We have great interaction.

There were tiny ants, tiny cockroaches, 2 spiders viewed and 1 tuko lizard or gecko that hid under the bed in one of the rooms which we don’t normally see in North American hotels or condos. It would have been nice to be forewarned upon confirmation of reservation, that an ID is required upon check-in before being issued a Visitor’s card. I would suggest to submit a PHOTOCOPY of our ID after presenting the ORIGINAL for verification. It just caught my sons and I by surprise since it is the first time an original ID is asked for. One of my sons was going to submit his passport and we had to advice him to give another ID with his picture. We all know never to give anyone our passport to keep for the length of stay.
