Soggiorna e rilassati nella nostra spaziosa casa vicino a Disney, Universal e Sea World. La nostra casa a schiera si trova in Terra Verde, una comunità turistica altamente riservata, recintata. Secondo un ospite, la nostra villa è una delle migliori in Terra Verde (controlla le recensioni). La nostra villa dispone di internet gratuito, telefono negli Stati Uniti e in Canada. C'è una TV digitale via cavo in tutte e tre le camere da letto e una TV, lettore Blu-ray e audio surround nel soggiorno. La nostra casa a schiera è completamente arredata con una cucina ben fornita e un sacco di biancheria. La nostra villa è ben tenuta e ha una nuova unità AC e vasca idromassaggio. Adatto ai bambini: box / lettino, seggiolone seggiolino, passeggino per ombrelloni, cancelletto per le scale, protezioni per la presa; e noodles per i bambini più grandi e la piscina ..
Rilassatevi nel patio accanto al barbecue o sedetevi nella vasca idromassaggio riscaldata. Terra Verde è circondata da una riserva naturale. Puoi fare una piacevole passeggiata intorno allo stagno dove si nutrono aironi e anatre, oppure puoi tentare la fortuna con l'asta e la bobina.
Walt Disney World (15 minuti), Celebration (14 minuti) e Universal (30 minuti) sono nelle vicinanze o si può fare una piacevole gita di un giorno a Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Legoland, le Everglades, vari parchi o la spiaggia del cacao. Terra Verde è a circa 5 minuti da un super centro WalMart e molti altri negozi e ristoranti.
Abbiamo due proprietà nella stessa comunità per quei vacanzieri che richiedono più spazio, ma che desiderano comunque case familiari separate. Siamo orgogliosi delle nostre proprietà, i miglioramenti per il 2018 includono una nuova vasca idromassaggio.
Il nostro gestore della proprietà è fantastico e ha un ufficio in loco presso la Clubhouse.

This home was very clean and welcoming with our arrival. We came down right before the large ice storm came through the whole east coast and the owners even offered us early entry once communicating we may arrive early now with the extreme weather case. The owners were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any message/call. We noticed a few things in the home, and let them know as we entered and checked the home out before "moving in". They offered to fix the mentioned few but we passed, as we didn't mind and they said they would address them after our check out! The hot tub had a slow leak so sadly we didn't use it as much as we would have liked and hoped, but they again were going to have a maintenance person fix that at check out. We did take the short walk a couple times around the pond to the community pool and hot tub. I will say, with the extreme cold front for FL, they don't continue to "heat" the large pool. The hot tub was nice and the bar was still open around the pool. The grounds were clean and quiet. The staff at the community building were very helpful and friendly. They have mailboxes on site to mail your post cards. The gate card is easy to get and return. The home is also in a great location for your Disney vacation (maybe 20 min) Universal (maybe 28-30) and We took an hour drive to the coast for The Kennedy Space Center. All very direct and easy travels. Walmart is right down the road and Door Dash was a huge help after LONG park days.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at Terre Verde resort and I will stay there again for sure. This place was excellent. Just the right size for the number of people. The hot tub was super relaxing for the adults and the kids enjoyed the pool and club house area. We enjoyed the grill as well. All the comforts of home away from home.

Very nice place, no issues at all. Nice private hot tub. Owner responded immediately when had questions. Check in was easy , resort was good. Nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar.

Fantastic town house on the amazing Terra Verde resort, a return resort visit for us. The town house had all the amenities you need for a vacation, it was clean, tidy and well maintained with nice views across the lake to the fountain. We did manage to use the hot tub a few times, despite the exceptionally hot weather. However this is where the resort is great, as we went to use the pool some days too. Great food and service at the pool bar once again, and really helpful staff in the clubhouse. The resort is ideal for the 192 Kissimmee area, and all the big Orlando tourist spots.
We would definitely recommend the townhouse, and hosts, to others.
