Rachel was extremely helpful and accommodating. The place was well equipped and very comfortable. We had a great stay and would stay there again in the future.

This is our second year staying here and will likely be back next year! Owner is so nice, responds quickly, and provides you with everything you need: paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, towels, blankets, pillows, pots/pans, etc. The view of the marsh is pretty and relaxing on the screened in porch. Short walk to the beach, great pool, friendly residents, minimal noise, easy parking. They updated the bathroom to a shower, new vanity and floor, looks great! Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the place is clean. Love it here!

This is our second year staying here and will likely be back next year! Owner is so nice, responds quickly, and provides you with everything you need: paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, towels, blankets, pillows, pots/pans, etc. The view of the marsh is pretty and relaxing on the screened in porch. Short walk to the beach, great pool, friendly residents, minimal noise, easy parking. They updated the bathroom to a shower, new vanity and floor, looks great! Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the place is clean. Love it here!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay June/July 23! We fit comfortably with 2 adults and 3 kids (7,9,11). We rented a golf from next door and they allowed us to park it in their lot since the condo doesn't allow golf cart parking. We loved every minute of our stay! Place is exactly how it's advertised! The back screened in area is wonderful! First floor (one set of stairs since the place is on stilts) is a plus too!

We were very pleased overall with our stay here! The location is perfect. Close to the beach and overlooking the marsh. Only two downsides were that golf carts are not allowed and no elevator. Rachel was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The condo was so cute and clean. We especially loved the screened in balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here and will likely come back in the future!

The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and pier. There is a beautiful view of the marsh right outside the back doors from the screened in patio. Rachel and Jerry are the best VRBO owners that I have ever encountered, quick to help and extremely kind. Words don’t begin to describe how wonderful our stay was because of them. If visiting Garden City, THIS is the place to stay!

Unit was very neat and upgraded. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed. Although with all the restaurants in the area you won't want to cook much. Owners were great to work with and very responsive.

Location, size, cleanliness, quietness, all the things you need for a relaxing vacation, you’ll find it here! My husband, myself, and our two kiddos (age 6 & 9) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go - beach, pier, arcade, shops - all within a block! I fell in love with the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Coffee out there every morning was a must! The host is always just a text away and is super nice and helpful if a need arises! We would definitely stay here again

The location can't be beat. The balcony overlooks a peaceful marsh with plenty of bird activity. It is a very short walk to the ocean and a longer walk or short drive to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and Rachel was quick to respond to any questions we had.

An clean, cute condo in an excellent location. I wish we would’ve had more time to sit and enjoy the beautiful marsh view and the pier and beach that are a block away. This will go in our list of places to return for similar trips!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Exactly as described and pictured. It was quiet and peaceful. The deck overlooking the marsh was gorgeous, especially at sunset. Close to restaurants and the beach. Rachel was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready to go after Ian hit a week earlier. I would recommend this property to everyone.

The pictures and description of the condo was accurate and represented what we experienced. The location was amazing and Rachel was incredibly helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she answered our call and got us back in immediately.

Great last minute spot. Clean, nicely decorated and as advertised. Close to the beach and reserved parking. Not to many places close for food but plenty within a short drive. Fantastic host .

We had wonderful & prompt communication with the property owners before, during and after our stay. They provided outstanding recommendations for our family that we all enjoyed. The location is great, one short block from the beach. The property was very clean and the laundry in unit was a plus! The Causeway was a great restaurant and walkable from the property. The Village Surf Shop was a quick drive up Atlantic! We enjoyed sunsets on the porch listening to the wildlife in the marsh. The space was perfect for our family with plenty of storage for us to unpack and make ourselves at home. Parking worked out great, plenty of covered parking spots available. The first floor property was also a plus with a covered stairwell. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

It was a very short walk to the beach, the pool was nice and had plenty of chairs, there was also plenty of parking available. It was so nice to look out at the marsh and use the screened in porch at night without bugs! The condo was clean and the host even provides soap, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, DVD’s and more! It seems like they went above and beyond to provide for their guests, thank you!
My only recommendation (but wouldn’t make a difference, we’d stay again!) is that the bathroom could use a good update. However, it was still spacious and clean which is most important.

Great small family condo!

The only thing I wish was different was it he master bedroom mattress. It was very uncomfortable it was to firm for my husband and I, but other then the bed it was a nice condo.

We didn’t get back into the car until we left! It was awesome! And my kids are 4 and 13 and we managed to keep everyone happy:) I loved the condo and def plan on going back to that spot so y’all leave me a weekend or two next year:) thanks again so much and we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location
This was the best vaca the family and I have had in a while! Mostly bc of the location and the communication with The owner! We rented a golf cart and rode every where. We didn’t get back into the car until we left! It was awesome! The location was perfect, easy walk to the pier to fish, and alot of restaurants within walking distance. The screened in patio was perfect for morning and evening. The king bed slept good, and there were 2 recliners that were very comfy in the living room. Air conditioner worked well to keep us cool. It was a perfect size for the two of us and it had a full and twin size bunk if you have kids. Water pressure was good in the shower also!

The location was perfect, easy walk to the pier to fish, and alot of restaurants within walking distance. The screened in patio was perfect for morning and evening. The king bed slept good, and there were 2 recliners that were very comfy in the living room. Air conditioner worked well to keep us cool. It was a perfect size for the two of us and it had a full and twin size bunk if you have kids. Water pressure was good in the shower also!

The condo was exactly as expected. We had a great visit as this was our first time staying in the Garden City area. The condo was clean, new washer/dryer, stocked with towels and all necessities.
The only downside we had was how busy the area was. That is not the condo/owner's fault, just be aware it can be noisy at night and the beaches are crowded during the summer.
We would definitely recommend this condo. The Owner's were extremely responsive. The check-in/check-out wass flawless.

The host was so kind and accommodating, the property itself was perfect. The location is equally as desirable, a few minute walk to the pier and beach access. Can’t say enough good things!!

It was also a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The king sized bed was very comfy & our guests said the same for the bunk beds in the guest room. The location is perfect - 1 block from the ocean & pier with nearby grocery stores and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again & hope the fishing will be better the next time too!😊

I was very please with getting in the access and parking was great. We did not use the pool. The place was very clean amd was definetly well maintained. Close to anything you wanted to do and easy walk to beach
