Hanno anche altri due condomini inferiori unità disponibili per l'affitto, il proprietario per informazioni contattare ......... 6 km dal centro di Destin, Florida. Considerata la 'zona di villeggiatura New Destin West Beach', ma senza strade da attraversare !!! A soli 100 metri a spiaggia di sabbia bianca del Golfo del Messico. Bella condominio con eccellente piano piano. Può ospitare comodamente sei (6) persone. Questo grande condominio una camera da letto ha (2) built-in letti a castello dimensioni doppie, un grande divano letto estraibile, e la camera da letto principale ha un grande California letto king size che rende simile ad una unità di 1 1/2 camera da letto. Questa unità dispone di due (2) televisori, uno (1) nel soggiorno e uno (1) nella camera matrimoniale, entrambe dotate di lettore DVD e accesso a Internet. Due (2) ampi balconi, una splendida vista sul golfo dal balcone soggiorno e una vista sulla baia dal balcone camera da letto matrimoniale. Cucina completa con piano cottura, frigorifero, dishwaher. forno a microonde (Pentole, padelle, piatti, posate, frullatore, caffettiera, tostapane, troppo alla lista ...) Tutto il necessario per godere la vostra vacanza. Questa unità dispone anche di una lavatrice / asciugatrice si trova nella unità per la vostra convenienza. Si tratta di un'unità molto ben tenuto e estremamente pulite! (Costruito recentemente nel 2000) Se cercate un posto molto pulito, condominio tranquillo per una famiglia piacevole get-away o le coppie ritirarsi, allora questo è il posto per voi! ** Partenza IS10: 12:00 ** Check-in 04:00, salvo approvazione da pulizia e gestione.

This was the perfect condo for a quick beach weekend with my family. The condo was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and a very short walk to the beach. The beach setup was an added bonus! We were very thankful to be able to bring our fur baby along with us. We will definitely be returning to Sunset in Paradise!

The property was a great find, so close to the beach and with pool access. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and we had a great time relaxing from the heat and humidity inside. Next time we’ll visit in a different month so we can take advantage of the porch areas, listening to the ocean.

The condo was everything we needed and 1 min walk to the beach. The owners have been easy to contact and were very helpful. I will definitely book with them again

This place was fabulous. It was just as described in the listing. Stocked with many cooking supplies and some cleaning for small messes. Short walk to the beach and the pool was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again in the future,

The condo was very clean and in a perfect location! We enjoyed the beach service, even though it rained at some point everyday we were there. We will be coming back to this condo when we are back in the area.

Immediately this place was welcoming and comfy due to the excellent decor. My family also greatly appreciated the fully stocked kitchen including other odds and ends (iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, air freshener) that came with this rental. The check-in process was a breeze and the property managers were very friendly and quick to reply to my questions during and after I booked this rental. The walk to the beach was incredibly close and we loved the beach service! We will be keeping this place and the property managers in mind when staying in this location again!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is so close to the beach (loved the chairs and umbrella service!). Enjoyed the pool and atmosphere of the condos.

This condo is fully stocked for your stay! The walk to the beach is super short and accessible! Really nice place and very quiet yet fun atmosphere. Pool was great(not heated). The local was great! You do have to drive to restaurants and such but this place is out of all the tourists and crazy traffic. The water is beautiful and the balconies were nice to sit on in the morning ma evening. Stewby’s has great seafood. Wild Willy’s adventures was great for the kids and the boardwalk by AJ’s and Floyd’s was neat. Fireworks off the pier every Wednesday was cool to see also.

My family had a wonderful time at Fort Walton. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. We had everything we needed and only had to walk less than a minute to get to the beach. Our kids loved playing at the beach and then coming back to swim at the pool every day. Ron and Michelle were great to work with and were very nice throughout the entire booking and stay. Being able to bring our dog was an added bonus.
We will be back to visit this same condo and beautiful beach! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The one set of bunk beds is great for this one bedroom condo. We loved our stay here here, the property is clean and feels newly remodeled. Plenty of appliances for your every need. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Close to everything but just far enough from the crowd. Beach chairs provided made life a little easier as well!

We loved staying here. It is a slower pace than the hustle & bustle of Destin, yet Destin is a short drive away. Very short walk to the beach. Thumbs up to the chair service. Water was crystal clear! Wish I were back there today. :)

Basically ON THE BEACH, walk to beach was SHORTER than most hotels.
AWAY FROM TRAFFIC...there's a gas station 30 seconds away so no need to go onto main roads.

We loved this property! Very clean and well appointed. The area is not busy but close to everything! It’s less than a 2 minute walk to beach and the beach service guys were great. Not as congested and busy as other beaches which we loved! Would stay here again absolutely!

Love Sunset 3B
We absolutely loved Sunset cottages, 3B. It was very spacious and decorated to make it fell like home away from home. The beach is like a 2 min walk. Very easy access. We love Okaloosa Island because it doesn’t have that overcrowded, touristy feel.

Thanksgiving beach vibes!
The Sereno's Sunset Cottage 3b is a condo that will forever be a favorite in our book! We stayed over Thanksgiving week and had everything we could possibly need. It is well-located, clean, and well-equipped. Truly a walk to the beach and didn't miss a sunset. The owners were very helpful and made sure everything went well with our stay. We have already started planning our next trip. We had a great time on Okaloosa Island.
