Big rooms, clean, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff

Clean room, big bathromm with nice shower, ac and little pool.

Everything was fine.

Good location within walking distance from the city center.

Location is super. Like that there was separate room and living room with extra couch.

Breakfast was pretty poor. Would enjoy if it would be more continental type of breakfast.

The stuff was very cute and helpful , the room was big look like a suite include small kitchen and a small living room and some of the rooms have a washing machine, it was a good experience and the hotel location behind the metro Thank you so much to ishak , suzzi and Armine

The hotel did not have an elevator and the hotel was 4 floors , not all the rooms have a balcony , the cleanning service was only every 3 days , not everyday , But Thank you so much for everything,

Very high quality hotel despite the location in the yards. Pool, room, breakfast were great, thanks to the staff. Late arrival is not a problem, everyone was helped. I wish you success!

My recent stay at this three-star hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided were excellent. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. However, I did notice a few cleanliness issues that could have been improved upon. While it was not a major concern, I would have appreciated a slightly higher level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Nonetheless, I still had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again, keeping in mind the overall value and quality provided.

Very nice and friendly staff

Spacious room with good shower… but old furniture and very old mattress.

They don’t accept credit card payments. You have to pay by cash and they tell you it just when you are checking in (you have to pay by cash). It is far from the center city (2km). Old furniture and very old mattress. They clean the room every 3 days. The hired construction workers to do the maintenance in the property over night. The workers arrived at 10pm and worked using drill and hammer until 3am over my head. The front desk guy didn’t answer the call when I called to complain. So, I dressed me up and went to reception… He told he couldn’t do anything because the manager hired and authorized the construction workers to do the job over night… and told me: “stop complain and go sleep!”. He entered to the room and closed the door in front of me. Definitely it is not a 3 star hotel.

I like the staff , people working in alba are so kind , a complete relaxation in room, clean, quite,breakfasts chief is so so good person she treat everyone as they are her children , whatever you need they will give you their eyes , and for sure i will be back as soon as possible , thank you guys for making me so happy , love yooou "saeed/israeli"

The bed make so much noises while moving and it is so so annoying ;) My neighbors on the next room they hear everything, so it means the walls are so thin 2nd floor needs at least one chair except the sofa Washing the dishes needs some stuff to wash with ,like a sponge etc... The rest was very good thank you so much my dears ❤️

The staff is amazing and polite. The breakfast was great. The room itself was very cozy and comfortable.

My room was on the 4th floor, I had 2 giant bags with me, no elevator. The shower was not that great as in a little bit rusty. In a week I was there the internet as well as the electricity was shut down several times. I don’t blame the hotel, more like be prepared.

Location, excellent customer service, comfortable room.

Shower area could have been cleaner, limescale and some mould in shower. Shower door difficult to open. All of these matters are very minor really and I’m sure easily rectifiable and would not deter me from staying again.

The staff- the lad at the reception was great, and the lady at the kitchen and the cleaning folks were too. It is the people that make the experience better, and my days in Yerevan were a lot more pleasant thanks to the folks at Alba Hotel. I was allowed to check in slightly earlier, and even have my breakfast earlier the next day so that i could have something before my flight. The location was excellent- barely minutes from the Cascades. walkable to everywhere. The room was comfortable, and ticked all boxes. Excellent value for money. Easy to get off the airport shuttle to the property as well.

hotel was clean, comfortable, warm and is close to the center yet in a very quiet street. staff are warm end friendly - reception staff are exceptional. had a last minute change in my stay (my fault) and they were super flexible and accommodating

Splendid stay with an excellent & outstanding, helpful staff at reception, a marvellous team serving a delicious breakfast. Comfy, silent room with small kitchenette. Location is very good, next to metro stb at Lover's park or quick bus ride/good walk from city center. I felt like at home so I can only highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Yerevan. A great, special thanks goes to Sirik & Sahak for organizing my trip to beautiful Lori province and all the help provided during my wonderful time in beautiful Armenia!
