Property was very clean comfortable and spacious. Happy with our 3 night stay once we managed to access the property. On arrival the code pad number we had been given did not work. Without going into detail we eventually managed to contact the owner and only then the code we were given worked. The house is very nice in a nice quiet neighbourhood but can I offer one piece of advice for non USA visitors. Make sure you have a phone that operates in the USA as without this we would never have been able to contact anyone to sort the problem with the key code. Also it would be helpful if the owners provided a telephone contact with the information regarding entry. Even after the initial problem we would recommend this property.

The Host was welcoming and so was the home. The home was very clean but it was still easy for me and my friend to relax and enjoy the home. Thank you!

Lovely house in a quiet safe neighborhood.

The house is beautiful and well cared for. lt was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five.

This house could it have been a more perfect house for my family and I to stay at for our vacation. The location was convenient and not too far from most of our destinations, the neighborhood was quaint and respectful and April was such a easy host to work with.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. It was clean, easy to find and easy to access via the electronic locks. It's located in a quiet subdivision near Jacksonville airport, so if you need a home away from home near the airport, this home is highly recommended. Beds and living room couch were very comfortable. There is also plenty of space to spread out if you have multiple guests. We didn't have the opportunity to use the screened in porch, but it looked very nice, and the yard was nice and spacious. We just have a couple minor suggestions that would make the home perfect. One of the hinges on the toilet seat in the main bath was broken, so the seat moved around and actually fell off once, but that's an easy repair. The televisions in the bedrooms were very nice, but we had a hard time figuring out how to access local channels, so some instructions would be helpful. Other than those minor things, the home was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we're in the area.

Wanted something close to our son’s house. This house was perfect!!!! Great layout, very spacious. Had an issue with getting the door code, but 1 quick call and all was fixed. Light in MB shower and on back patio were out, someone was sent to fix them very quickly. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. My friend brought her grandsons to visit and they loved playing at the park for over an hour. Bed was a bit firmer than we are used too, but we made it work. Very close to Publix so I was very happy. Only suggestion would be hooks in bathrooms to hang towels up. And to make a note on the listing of no weapons allowed. Hubby and son were going hunting and since we drove in, we had hubby’s rifle. We left it at son’s house until we left town. But would have been good info to know beforehand. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting son and friends in Jax. Definitely a top notch rental!!!

The house is much better in person than the pictures showed. The owners thought of everything. There's even a playpen for renter use.

Very clean and spacious inside, modern and comfortable. Little extras supplied by host were a nice and welcoming touch. Would definitely recommend.

April's modern comfortable house has become our favorite place to stay in Jacksonville. It is conveniently located to beaches, the airport, the zoo, and I-95. She has provided all the accessories needed for our stay. The house is always clean and well maintained. But most of all we appreciate April. She always responds to messages quickly and is a genuinely nice person.

This was probably the best house I have stayed in while on vacation! It was very clean. Had everything you could think of even more! April has thought of everything! Down to if you forgot your tooth brush there was some in the bathrooms! Love the house it was very comfortable. My son said we need to rent this every time we go to Jacksonville!

Very nice house in a great neighborhood. April was gracious and accommodated all our needs. This house was stocked better than any property I've stayed at. Had everything you could think of and probably a few you'd forgotten.

April was an amazing and professional host of her beautiful home. The master bedroom with a king slept very that I didn’t get any snoring out of my mom🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. So that was great rest. The neighbor was quite and many store within short distance. I would differently visit again.

April’s property was incredibly clean and easy to check into and out of. It was the perfect spot for my husband and my 1 year old to stay while we visited the Zoo! It had plenty of space for her to run around and was just the perfect size and layout for our family to feel comfortable and enjoy our time in Jacksonville!
