"Salty Dawg" ha un grande ponte, ampio soggiorno, cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli e 2 bagni. Sia il soggiorno che la tana offrono un divano letto che consente a questa casa di ospitare da 8 a 10 persone.
Siediti e goditi la pace e la tranquillità di questo caratteristico cottage sulla spiaggia circondato da grandi alberi di quercia e magnolia. L'ampio cortile offre ampio spazio per un'area giochi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Great location in Grayton Beach. Convenient to everything g, quiet and charming. House needs more light, especially in kitchen and dining areas. We could not play games at table because it was so dark. House was clean but could use some TLC-doors and door frames need replacing, kitchen needs new cabinets and could use a few added essentials (cookie sheets, new pans). We had a great time!

We love Old Grayton, and enjoyed our stay. We arrived on Thursday after the snow had fallen along the coast, and there was still lots of melting snow on the deck and dripping off the roof, so that was a bit treacherous but fortunately none of us old folks fell. We discovered the first night that we had no hot water. We made a call the next morning and the worker came out to discover that the water heater was turned off on the top, presumably because of the freezing temps, and had not been turned back on for our visit. That was inconvenient, but an easy fix. The worker remarked that the water heater was very old and needed replacing. Also, the toilet seat in the "cabin" area bathroom was cracked/broken and had been repaired with packing tape and needed replacing. The microwave on/off button was loose and fell off. I reported both to the manager. Otherwise we loved our time in this house. My biggest complaint is that VRBO takes its fee from your credit card on top of what you've been told the total cost is. Surprise! That seems like a racket! We were sharing the cost with our friends, and my husband and I ended up eating the additional 150 rather than surprise them with it. We will try to avoid VRBO for future trips.

We loved the house in terms of style, space, location and amenities. The only downside and only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the master bathroom was not working as soon as we checked in. The toilet would not flush and water pressure in the same bathroom was very weak (faucet was just a trickle). We called their service number and they said someone would come the next day. Someone did but they were not able to fix the problem , they said they had to call a plumber. They promised to have someone there by the 3rd day but no one came and it didn't get fixed until the 4th day. There was no sense of urgency to make it right. We paid for 2-bathroom accommodations but really only had one bathroom working for 6 people for half of our stay. Very frustrating and stressful!
