It was the perfect location for a little Thanksgiving weekend getaway. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking equipment plus a little pantry of items left behind from other cottage goers. I brought things from home to cook dinner and they ended up back in the car because we didn't need them!
It rained all weekend but we didn't mind because the wifi was great so we watched movies and there were tons of games available.
Overall it was a great experience!

We loved our stay. The cottage was clean and cosy, it had everything we needed for our stay. A nice big yard for our dog Ellie. Wonderful friendly neighbors also. The access to Lake Huron is close and Bayfield is lovely. We plan to be back soon.

The residence is nicely appointed and comfortable. We appreciated being able to bring our 13 year old Lab who enjoyed her walks in the area. My grandchildren (7 and 9) preferred to swim in Grand Bend as opposed to the small beach accessible from the cottage. The beach off Pavillion Rd is quite nice and we enjoyed swimming there as well.
The front porch is comfortable and th erocking chairs were well used. The large lawns afforded us an opportunity to play numerous games.
It was an enjoyable stay.

Clean and spacious and full of light, with excellent decking for outdoor entertaining and ‘al fresco’ meals.
We return year after year because the hosts are so gracious and there is everything we would need here for a relaxing vacation.

Bright & airy interior which was well laid out. Beautiful grounds with well situated fire pit. Great parking and cottage location on lot gave privacy to the renters. All in all “ Serenity Now”…… we’ll named.

It was a nice cottage and area. Been many times before but that darn TV. We could no get the TV to work and no volume on the TV. Also dvd and cd players did not work either. I contacted the owner of this property and there response was maybe you hit the mute button.
We are very computer savvy and we know how to use a TV and it's settings.
Hopefully the next person will have better results!

Great stay! It was clean (just be sure to clean up after yourself to avoid bugs), we loved making fires and visiting the town/beach side. It was especially nice heading into town and walking down to the beach side. Hosts communicated very well, all their instructions are super clear and they were kind. Have already recommended it to others and we're considering another stay!

Nice property, very clean. Some bug issues and the TV went off line for last two days. Could never connect to the WIFI. I am an artist and was there to get caught up on some projects, so the solitude was nice. I would have liked to have had more walking opportunities within the area. Had to drive to trails.

The cottage had everything that we needed and was very clean. We love to hike and found that there are many trails in the near vicinity. The sunsets are stunning down at the beach.

Jodi and Paul are great hosts. Their cottage is a perfect quiet space to unwind and listen to the crickets and bird watch. The hummingbirds visit often feeding on the front garden flowering bushes!! Lovely beach across the street. Thank you for a wonderful getaway! Jen and Simon

quick one minute walk to beach, beautiful sunsets, comfy beds but bedroom sizes pretty tight, kitchen nicely equipped, lots of deck space and some shade all day long. Backyard needs sprucing up a bit, uneven patio stones and very dark! (outdoor bulbs burnt out). Lovely location for shopping in Goderich and a great lunch at Paddy O'Neils and a great patio dinner at Hub on the Docks and pier stroll in Bayfield . Would rent here again. One downfall would be no a/c, but we spent the hottest day at the water anyway. She did provide fans for every room as promised. Overall, a great week away to recharge and refresh! Thanks Jodi and Paul.

This was a lovely, very comfortable cottage with a well equipped kitchen. There was everything we needed, plus a beautiful deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. The owners provided detailed instructions to help us enjoy and care for this special place, which we greatly appreciated. We loved that the beach was so close and we had it all to ourselves every afternoon to swim and make sand castles. It was also a great location being so close to Bayfield and Grand Bend. We had a wonderful holiday.

We had a great week staying at the cottage. Cottage was fully equipped with everything you needed from games, movies, kitchen tools, and most amenities. Bayfield is such a cute place to visit and the beaches all around us were great. I would definitely book here again. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for letting us rent your beautiful property!

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our family vacation! The property was great - we have 3 toddlers, so we had to do a bit of baby proofing when we arrived (moving lamps, hiding small objects, moving cutlery/knives) but overall it was wonderful. The kids had a blast.

My wife, parents and dogs stayed in the beautiful cottage hosted by Jodi and Paul and it was the perfect weekend. the home was fully equiped with everything we needed, house was clean, and hosts were easy to contact.

Cozy and Charming Cottage
Super cozy cottage within walking distance to the beach. Wifi was solid (3 of us worked all week from the cottage). The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of board games as well. 10 min drive into Bayfield for groceries etc. We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommended.

Happy to return
This is our second time at this property and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. The living and dining area is very spacious and the kitchen has every cooking pot and utensil that you could possibly need. It’s a great property for families as there are are plenty of toys, games, books and movies. We highly recommend this cottage.

Quiet and Peaceful
A perfect spot for day-tripping into Bayfield, Goderich, Grand Bend and the Pinery.
The cottage was exactly as advertised and we especially loved the large deck (and the red rocking chairs!). My son had to work so he set himself up at the patio table under the red umbrella and the rest of us gathered at the other end and were able to socialize without disturbing him.
We enjoyed daily walks - meeting friendly neighbours and their dogs, and a two minute evening stroll took us to the beach to enjoy the sunsets. Lake Huron really does have the most spectacular sunsets!
We loved our stay at Serenity Now and hope we are able to return.

The property is stunning and just a few minutes of a walk to the beach (involving stairs). Overall so happy we chose this place and have already started to discuss another stay with friends. Love it!

While we hoped to spend some days at the beach, we ended up staying through a week of rain. No issue at all, however, as the cottage was the perfect place to snuggle up and enjoy warm drinks, play board games, and read books. Plenty of toys for the kids to keep them entertained and an android box to watch shows on. Excellent kitchen and scenic dining room and living room. Perfect fall escape!

The moment you step into the cottage, you're instantly sucked into a calming bubble. The location is unbelievable and Jodi was so friendly (along with all the neighbours).
