Venite a dare un'occhiata a questo spazioso condominio al 1 ° piano situato a solo un isolato a sud dei negozi, stabilimenti alimentari e servizi sulla 34th Street ea breve distanza dalla famosa passerella di Ocean City. Questa struttura dispone di quattro camere da letto che possono ospitare comodamente otto persone (2 letti queen size e 4 letti singoli) con spazio per altri due ospiti sul divano letto del soggiorno e due bagni completi. I servizi aggiuntivi includono aria centrale, parcheggio fuori strada, TV via cavo e internet wireless. Durante l'alta stagione, vengono forniti quattro tag da spiaggia. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was close to the beach and stores and the house is beautiful and well kept. We would go there again

Perfect for a family of 6 or less. Short walk to the supermarket and Wawa. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. Comfortable family room with a great comfortable L shaped sofa. We all said we'd come back!

Fun in Ocean City
This property was perfect for our vacation at the shore with our daughter and her family. A short walk to the beach and playground. And evening strolls for a bite to eat and ice cream. And Ocean City is a great place for a family vacation !

Great location, house was a bit dirty and dusty. Windows were stuck closed and we couldn’t open them. Trash was left in the house. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud very early in the morning and very late at night.

We had an amazing week in Ocean City and are so sad it’s over. This house perfectly met our needs. It was close to the beach and had great hang out space in the living room and porch. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely be interested in staying here again!

Convenient and relaxing getaway
Location is great for those that don't want to be in the crowded boardwalk area but still enjoy of a clean large beach, a few restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, pharmacy, ice-cream parlor, bike rental, fresh market and a wonderful playground area with basketball and tennis courts!
The property has everything you need and more. TVs in every room, board games, puzzles, full kitchen, gorgeous front porch with tables, chairs and sofa. Rooms are large, well aired and illuminated with plenty of space for everyone.
Only missing item I would say is an outdoor grill and bikes. Although you can either rent them from a location two blocks away or bring your own and store in the garage. You will find a full shower in the garage and hoses on the side entrance to wash off any sand before coming into the house. The property provides plenty of beach chairs as well. No linens or towels at least at this moment.
Property managers were very cordial and prompt in all responses. I would definitely book again!

Location was great close to beach, stores, restaurants and playground. By the end of season you expect the house to show signs of wear however this house is in serious need of deep clean and upgrade.

We enjoyed this home over Christmas. We had every store that we needed within 3 blocks!! The house was fine, and we have no complaints!! Maybe see you next year!!

Excellent location
Great location, cross one street to get to the beach. Inside was good. Looks like they are updating the baths a bit. Tile, vents and carpet need a deep clean but it's the end of the season (sept) so that's to be expected. Overall would definitely rent here again!

Great for our weekend with friends.
House was nice. Everything was clean and we were close to the beach! We were traveling with another family and it was nice for the adults to be able to sit on the porch while the kids were a little rowdy inside. Kitchen/dining/living room was nice and open for a big group. An added bonus was that the front porch was completely closed in-great for families with little ones.
