I use this hotel a few times a year when convenient for my flights. The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the shuttle is very practical. Normally we book directly through Bonvoy but this time around Booking.com offered a materially better deal.
My booking included a free genius breakfast. This was not clearly on record in both the restaurant and at check-out. It was resolved immediately when I mentioned it, but it seems some better alignment between Booking.com and the hotel may be possible.

Nice quiet room
Couldn’t get into my room until after 1am as had to wait 2 hours for staff to confirm booking through Booking.com. In the end I had to ring Booking.com and ask them to speak to the staff. Then I was charged twice - once on the app and again by the hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Bright and spacious room with plenty of power outlets, although a few more USB A outlets would be better,
Terrible time with the coffee machine. First one didn't work. Replacement wouldn't stop - it overflowed the mug and spilled coffee into the little drawer that holds the sugar packets which were ruined and not replaced. Towels were large and absorbent but at first I thought the were bath mats because they were so rough. Turns out we didn't have bath mats or hand towels the first day. We asked the front desk to bring some up but they never did so we grabbed some from a housekeeping cart. Typical of European hotels there are no wash cloths. Fridge was not very cold and was not adjustable. Convenient and free airport shuttle except for the fact that it's off-line for an hour every evening which they don't tell you when you check in so we ended up taking a taxi.

Personnel froid , chambre pas propre , douche moisissure, serviette avec des trou , téléviseur briser et non réparé durent notre séjour . Et aucun directeur hôtel les week-ends.
Au Nederland she told me the boss don’t work weekends. So no one care about service et our problèmes , never call room service it’s very bad

The whole set up was great! Clean and modern. The elevators were huge and inviting. The suite was spacious and very comfortable.

Comfy bed and nice room
They asked for a 50€ deposit to be paid with a credit card. We didn't have one, so they suggested we get cash but they didn't have an atm there. Quite upset about this cause it wasn't mentioned anywhere.
The snacks offered in the lobby were craaaazy overpriced. 4€ for a granola bar, 8€ for a bag of chips... Seriously? I get it's a 4 star hotel but that's just too much.

Staff were wonderful - Wait staff and Bar tenders were attentive and kind, room was clean and comfortable
Main Restaurant not open during our stay, so only pub food available - this put too much strain on the bar staff who did their best, however it was forever to get waited on, food was super slow..

There’s mold in the bathroom and we couldn’t to set the room temperature lower than 19°C, which for me and my husband is still warm.

Great place to stay ! Staff was super helpfull, there is everything you need at the hotel and the shuttle service is very practical. Rooms are nice and comfy with everything you'd need! Very good option if you have an event close by.

I liked the Schuttle service to the hotel. I like how the manager handled my complain.
The badrooms had nasty black mold in the shower. I complaint upon arrival and they said someone is comming, I stayd up waiting but nobody came. My badroom at home is always clean, now I needed to shower with disgust.
In the middle of the night the firealarm went of waking us all. When I called the frontdesk from the roomphone to ask if we need to evacuate no one pick up. When I called with my mobile phone to the hotel they picked up and said it was a technical difficulty, no fire. But for us with small children it was panic and couldn’t sleep no more. For the price I expected more, we could have gone to a cheap hotel, but I thought let’s treat our self, boy was I wrong.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was beautiful, walls of windows, tasteful, modern decorating, large walk in shower, comfortable beds. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was exceptional. Loved the sheep and horses grazing in the pasture we had a view of out our window! The shuttle to and from the airport was such a bonus and made it so convenient.

We only booked this hotel as we had a cancelled flight VERY last on in the evening - this hotel was really good value for money for booking on the day.
The payment situation was confusing and wasn’t explained clear on the night of arrival - they take a holding payment before and then after they will charge the correct amount - this was just about fine for us but I’d ensure you have enough funds to cover this.

The bed was very comfortable and the free airport shuttle convenient.
The service at the bar for dinner was terrible. We had to wait 30 mins for our bill.
The driver of the airport shuttle was super rude. He stopped for gas on the way to the hotel without never speaking a single word to us (e.g., sorry I have to fuel up, we will be a bit late on our way to the hotel)

Everything was really clean and comfortable and all employees were vere kind.
I did not know that I had to pay 50€ per day extra just for guarantee and I was staying there for a week. Finally I had to pay 350 € more than I thought. In general I think that it is very expensive!

The decor is modern and tasteful. The closeness to the airport and the shuttle really made it easy to take the train to AMS central. The restaurant food is excellent

Location is good as a base to explore The Netherlands, not so good to getting around Amsterdam. The hotel was clean, well-kept with nice decoration, the room was comfortable, bed was excellent, bathroom was spacious. The shuttle bus from/to the airport was very helpful, always on time. The forest near by looks nice though we have no time to explore it.
The shuttle bus stops before midnight. It takes about an hour to reach Amsterdam Central Station.
