Beautiful house with a short walk to the beach. Bay views. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean and maintained. Pool was great. Beach chairs and wagon were an excellent addition. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a large group!

We were a bit underwhelmed with the property given the price we paid. This was our first VRBO property that we felt did not match expectations. We were not told ahead that the property was being sold and might be shown during our stay. There were several things that needed attention and the management company did respond quickly and fixed most things but they were in the house 3 days in a row. We felt most of these fixes should have been done prior to our arrival. Our grandchildren did enjoy the pool.

The house was wonderful but the overall experience wasn't great due to the house being filthy (if you walked barefoot inside you had black dirt/dust on the bottoms and needed to take a shower to clean them off). Also there was almost nothing in the house that would be typical of a rental of this type: no dish detergent, no dish soap, no salt/pepper/coffee/coffee filters/etc., no laudry detergent, very little toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), not enough toilet paper (and it was the cheapest of cheap), not enough paper towels, not enough garbage bags. The gas grill didn't work and the charcoal grill was disgusting and needed to have the grate cleaned ... I wouldn't stay there again and would likely avoid any property managed by that management company.

Coconut Estate is a lovely house in a great location near the most beautiful beach. Nicely decorated house, but agree with other reviewers that the bed pillows could use an upgrade. Some basic necessities are missing as well in the kitchen. Although the management company was responsive re: a leaky fridge, the ice maker in the fridge was not repaired until the end of the week. We were not able to enter the house at the appointed 4:00 arrival; the house was not ready and the cleaning company clearly cleaned in haste. On the flip side: check out was at 10:00am and the cleaning company arrived at 9:35am. We were ready to depart, but felt very rushed while the cleaning company began unloading their supplies while we were still at the property.

The house was great, great location, walkable access to bean point beach. We had a golf cart which made the entire island easily accessible. The bikes aren’t usable so if you want bikes make sure to rent. We were happy renting a golf cart. There were a couple of minor maintenance items that we reported and the management company was very responsive and accommodating. We would rent this house and with SeaBreeze again.

Clean, large house, with nice beds and baths. The beach is so close, it's an easy walk, even with kids and gear. The house was well stocked with beach items (wagon, toys, chairs, umbrellas), so we didn't have to buy anything. Would stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay on a fun island. Walking distance to beach and piers to fish and enjoy the sun. Many people riding bikes, very glad we brought ours, but house also includes some as well

We called about these items and someone came over right away and fixed the door handle, replaced the beach chairs, tried to fix the ice machine and ordered a new filter for the refrigerator. This property is walking distance to the beautiful ocean and Rod and Reel Pier. We had an amazing time at this wonderful property and we really enjoyed the pool and sunsets from the roof top.

We stayed with our family 12 in all. The different room arrangements were perfect for our family. The property was clean and spacious and well stocked. - If you decide to eat at restaurants they do not take reservations and wait times are between 2-3 hours. I recommend someone in your group go to the restaurant and put your name on the waitlist a few hours before you plan to eat. You can then go back to the house and get ready. We didn't realize this and on the first night didn't get to eat dinner until after 9:00pm

Great vacation home for 2 families
We all enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was warm and clean, the kids (6-11 years old) loved the beach gear and swim toys.
The kitchen does need some attention (garbage disposal, dishwasher need some work), but we enjoyed great meals here. The living and dining areas were spacious, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were conveniently located. Our kids enjoyed the 2 bunk beds plus one trundle.
We walked the short distance to Bean Point each evening to watch the sun set, as well as to the more commercial areas for food and shopping. Publix is less than a 20 minute drive, and that’s the only driving we did on the island.
We all had a great time at this AMI home!

Cannot say enough good things about this house! It was the best equipped house we have ever stayed in! From beach towels & chairs & toys to everything you need inside! The beds were very comfortable! Only downside was the one bedroom on the main level (the one with the bathroom attached), was very very warm. Could not cool it off no matter what we tried. But would stay here again!

The drain in the upstairs hall bathroom needs to be cleared out; the pool furniture needs to be replaced/fixed; and the place needs a deep cleaning; and new pillows for the beds would be great! Overall it was a great place just could use some refreshing/cleaning!

Unfortunately is wasn’t clean when we arrived
The inside or the outside we arrived on Thursday on Friday a maintenance guy came he was great but he was not able to fix a fridge problem the fridge still worked but not properly
The pool guy finally came Saturday to clean the dirty pool but the yard was never cleaned. I cleaned the house and out door area.
The house itself is 5 star and we had a great time. The house is stocked with bikes and plenty of beach chairs. It rained a lot but the covered outdoor patio was fantastic for keeping us entertained

Relaxing vacation.
This homes charm and location is by far the ideal spot for any family looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The homes lovely beachy and spacious accommodations was perfect for our large family of 10. One of the best parts about this home is its location with a short walk to the beach or just a bike ride/golf cart drive to the best shops on the island. Our family will definitely rent this home again.
