Great property, pool and spa easy to use. Didn't realize about the pool remote until day 2. Shared with the manager about some light switches that need some maintenance, but in general this is a great find in Cape Coral. Right by the Lobster Lady restaurant, which is great.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Spain in Cape Coral located we cannot express how delighted we were with our experience! The house itself is beautifully clean and spacious, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The open layout creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the tasteful decor adds a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning pool area. The sparkling blue water was an absolute invitation for a dip, and we spent countless hours lounging by the poolside soaking up the sun.
Service can make or break a vacation, and the service we received from Bruno and Mary from Pretty Cape Homes was exceptional. They provided helpful tips about local attractions and dining options, making it easy for us to explore Cape Coral. Their commitment to service truly made us feel valued as guests, and we were grateful for their support throughout our stay.
