* Parking on level 2, you can walk to the unit. No need to take lift.
* The unit has good aircond in living room and bedrooms, hot shower, microwave.
* Tomyam restaurants are just across the road and breakfast warung 1-2 km away.
* There is a cafe at the lobby
* Has two bathrooms
* Spacious
* There's a swimming pool but we didn't use it
* The door to master bedroom was creaking badly, sounds spooky. The housekeeper should just spray WD-40
* The beds have started to get soft.
* View is only of visitor car park outside the building.
* Owner is very strict about check-in. You only get mail box password at 2.45 pm. By the time you enter the unit it is already 3.15 pm.

Very worth staying here. 2 air con bedroom, 2 bathrooms and also air con in living room. Clean, comfy and nice cute house.easy check in. But make sure get your car out from the residence before put the key inside mailbox after checkout. The guard won't let you out. Need to use the access card.
Would love it if the sofa more comfy
