Location was great, close to the metro and although most of the staff dont speak english they really did there best to provide help and assistance. The room I had was much smaller then I expected, in fact it was tiny, but it was still very clean and the bed was so comfortable it felt like I was at home. Nothing luxurious but it has a nice boho vibe and was warm and friendly.

Beds are really comfortable and staff are super nice. They even helped me book a taxi to the airport and find places to eat out

There is no elevator and I had really heavy luggage haha but the staff helped me with it so no big deal

Most of the staff could speak English but they did their best to help. The manager can speak English and he was able to solve the problem with regards to my booking. Even though they stopped their airport service temporarily they still provide us free transportation to the airport.. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The front desk was a little messy.and dirty.

I liked the environment of the Hotel, it is a really nice welcoming guest house and the staff as really helpful at the arrival. Bed comftable and soft pillows. Although does not included the breakfast they prepare a really good coffee with a competitive price.

The room was really small and close to the corridor. It had some smell of dust.
