Lovely hotel and good location

very friendly helpful staff. great location

There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and as bar was closed in evening ( low season) couldn’t get hot drinks in hotel

I don't know how to rate this hotel because the first night was terrible, and a second one was perfect.

Ridiculously expensive for what it is. A 2/3 star hotel with a bit of funky stuff around the edges. Funny smell throughout the property. Breakfast was pretty lame.

The breakfast was pretty standard for a European hotel. I liked the apple ginger shots and the hard boiled egg machine. The location is ideal and not too loud for sleeping.

The breakfast starts quite late and some mornings it didn’t start on time. Even if the coffee machine were accessible by 7am that would be an improvement. The room wasn’t always cleaned when made up each day. There was a soap dish on the bathroom sink which made it messy. The hotel was skimpy on towels and pillows and toilet paper but gave me extra when asked.

Great new renovation. Rooms are spacious and have lots of storage for ski gear. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is well done. the staff were the best part… friendly and accommodating and really made the stay special.

There room amenities are a bit lacking for a room of this price. there is no coffee/tea in room, nor a hairdryer or glasses. We were able to get all those things from the restaurant or staff, but would be nice to have them in the room.

Great hotel, we loved the style, Saturday pizza party and the Manage is a great guy!
