The beach was amazing , plenty of space to feel it’s your private beach , the staff were help full and our stay was full of memories 🤍

Honestly, I had a great stay. It totally brought the fun back to my vacation after a bad experience at Pyramisa Hotel Cairo. Check-in was super quick, the room was clean and exactly like the photos, and the view was awesome. The food had good variety, and the chef was really helpful with special requests. The MiniDJ, especially Nour, were amazing and kept the place fun, especially for kids. The beach really isn’t far at all. It was about a 500m walk from my room, and there’s also every 10 minutes shuttle with a super friendly driver whenever you need it. Pools were very clean even though the hotel was busy. Loved the overall vibe, staff, and management. Big thanks to Mr. Hassan El Sakka and the whole team.

The beach café can be a little slow though, so don’t be shocked if your Turkish coffee shows up cold 😂

I paid $4,500 for four days for a family of six, so I expected the villa and overall experience to meet a reasonable standard. Unfortunately, there were several issues that were very disappointing. The villa bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, there was a broken bed left in the yard, and empty water bottles were scattered throughout the grass and around the deck. These conditions were not what I expected given the amount I paid for the stay. I was also surprised to learn after booking that meals were not included. I asked the team if it would be possible to modify my reservation and change the accommodation to a room instead, but I was told that this was not possible. Considering the $4,500 price for a family of six, I am very disappointed with the condition of the property, the lack of cleanliness, and the limited flexibility regarding my reservation. I would appreciate it if management could review these concerns and provide an appropriate resolution.
