The bed rooms and bathrooms were clean and sanitised. There were great kitchen facilities and about of cutlery and crockery. The house is located on a nice quiet street with lovely bush walks to the marina and down to the jetty. You can get a great view of the night sky from the patio.
The house was stinking hot when we arrived. There's only one aircon in the dining area which doesn't serve much of a purpose to even the lounge area. The bedrooms were hot as ever all night.
The bathrooms absurdly had no hand or face towels. We were told that there will be bathing products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner but ended up getting only two hand soaps.
The cups were all stained with tea or coffee and a couple of them had lipstick marks on them too.

It was nice and quiet. The house was clean. Good value for money.
It was quite outdated especially the appliances.

Location
severe mice and ants infestation allowed us to use only one toilet. unsafe balcony and unsightly broken furniture.

Great location, generally very well looked after. Good size, nice aspect. Very comfortable.
Just small things, no pepper salt or sugar, no alfoil or gladwrap.

Lovely rural setting close to all facilities.
Very clean and spacious.
The towel rails in both bathrooms were just sitting on their supports and fell off at the slightest touch.

The property was delightful. The architecture was a little dated, but still very comfy.

Great house comfortably accommodating 8 people. Beautiful outlook through the glass wall in the kitchen/living area. One of the bedrooms even had an en-suite, which was not mentioned on the booking.com site. Nice location only a couple of minutes drive to the Main Street. Lots of visiting birds, even a friendly kookaburra!
No outdoor bbq!! Lots of mosquitoes - take aero guard!!
