Location was great, quite and warm

location! so close to the marina and beach.
no air conditioning up stairs, double story made it very hot.. but we stayed on a very hot weekend

The location of this property is perfect. It's maybe a 2 minute walk to the main strip of shops, to the beach and to many local walking tracks. It's a short drive into Bairnsdale and Lakes Entrance for extra activities.
The property was scorching hot. The 'air conditioned house' means one small split system in the kitchen which only cools that area. The outdoor blinds were broken and mouldy. The toilet and shower leaked and there was black mould throughout the property. The bathroom floor must have been mouldy too as in the carport you can see that the flooring is about to give way. Though our bed was fine, our other guests reported that the mattresses felt broken as the beds were uncomfortable. A shame for a property with such potential!

Lucky there were extra blankets in the bedroom as only one ac in the kitchen/living room area.
Once the place warmed up it was OK.
Toilet, bathroom all in one not such a good feature for a 3 BR house.

Ease of access an could accomodate all our needs. very clean and well facilitated with home comforts and kitchen needs.
clothes dryer didn’t work.

The property is located in an excellent position, only a few minutes from the central town. It may perhaps not suit people who have problems walking up hills.

No breakfast provided, but didn't expect it. Wasn't expecting the hilly terrain, but not a problem.
Screen door lock broken and bathroom sink drain was slow.

Booking staff were really helpful. Comfortable 3 bedroom house. If you wanted to self cater, everything was provided. Minutes from the centre of Metung, but really quiet. Would certainly recommend it

Great location. Rooms were clean.
Security door key wasn’t working and therefore we couldn’t lock this when we vacated the property. Was expecting to find complimentary pack with tea bags, coffee etc. and couldn’t find it. Went to the shops to by basic supplies and then by accident found a few tea bags and coffee bags underneath everything in the utility drawer. Would have been nice if these were easy to locate. Otherwise great.
