Abbiamo un secondo condominio nello stesso complesso che ha le stesse dimensioni, planimetria e costo, solo un arredamento diverso. Se questo è pieno nelle date desiderate, controlla il nostro calendario su HomeAway # 332758 o VRBO # 287110. C'è una lavanderia al primo piano e una cucina completamente attrezzata con servizio per 12.
Abbiamo una connessione internet wireless per te nell'ampio soggiorno che si affaccia su un ambiente naturale molto privato. This is our third time staying at Bob and Hazel‘s rental. Two times at their other condo in the same complex. First time in this condo. Condo is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Best of all for me is the location being right next to the State Park, you can walk down to the beach or into the park from the condo, no car needed. Across the condo complex is a great market for your grocery needs (huge selection on beer and wine), a bakery, and down the road a brewery with more walking trails next to it. The condo is located right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Just great location overall. Will be back again for sure.

The condo is clean. The description is slightly misleading as it says there are three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms and additional sleeping space in living room. It worked out fine but we were counting on that 3rd bedroom. The condo could use a facelift...kitchen cabinets have some peeling paint and appliances are clearly not new but they did work (didn't use stove). Master bedroom pillows are super firm bordering on hard so consider taking your own. Clean place but nothing fancy.

Ideal for 2 couples. The kitchen was well-equipped and all appliances worked as expected. The condo photos on-line were accurate. There were a couple minor maintenance issues, but they didn’t impact our stay or affect our overall rating. This property is a good value.

This was a great place for a home base of Michigan adventures. The property was just as described, very well stocked with essentials, and we appreciated the extra notes around the condo with directions. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it!

This condo is in a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs and right next to the great Petoskey State Park beach.
The owner was easy to deal with and provided good instructions and the check in process was easy.
This condo is very dated and really showing its age. The price was lower than other comparable properties in the area so we expected that it wouldn’t be as updated and we were ok with that for the price.
However, the condo was very dirty and smelly. There were cobwebs all over inside, along the walls and all over on the stairs up to the bedrooms. There was also a strong musty smell, especially on the first floor, that really bothered my wife’s asthma. She wasn’t able to spend any time on the first floor and had to stay in the bedroom upstairs with the window open whenever we were there. This property definitely needs to be cleaned much more thoroughly on a consistent basis.

We really enjoyed that the bike trails were easily accessible from the condo, and that there was access to the state park beach through the park’s service drive. There was an issue with the cleaning service, but Hazel responded to this promptly and courteously.

Loved the location of the property, but it wasn't very clean. The floors were dirty, and so was the master bathroom. The tub was littered with curly dark hairs😫 . We left after one night because our allergies were flaring up. The house was a bit stuffy. Could use some airing out.

My son got engaged so the family came up to celebrate with him and his fiancé who were camping at Petoskey State Park.
This condo was perfect! Had everything we needed and then some! Great location walking distance to state park.
Owners were easy to work with and even gave us later checkout.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was as advertised, Petoskey State Park and the beach is a 10 min walk or 3 min drive. The cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was well appointed with all you could need for making meals. Plenty of space for our two small children and my wife and me. Would absolutely come back again.

Nice space for our group of 5. Furniture was comfortable and enough space for everyone to sit. Kitchen is very well supplied. Beds are comfortable. Nice front porch and back deck. Condo was clean. It was very nice. Would stay there again.

We love this place! Very convinient location - you are 10 minutes awayd from the slopes and still in the city with all goodies in place. Very comfortable condo, very quiet and clean. We come here 4 th time during last 3 years and will come again.

This condo is lovely and well-appointed. So close to Pentwater State Park and Pentwater Brewing. What more could you want? Terrific communication with the hosts as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and tastefully furnished with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was amazing and fully equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast at the table with the sun streaming in every morning. I had the pleasure of a short visit on the phone with Hazel on our way to Michigan, and she was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice, clean condo! Short walk (about 1/2 mile) to the beach on Lake Michigan to the very nice state park area. Seems like a safe area and an easy drive into town for activities.

Perfect Location
We continue to rent from Hazel because the location is between Harbor Springs and Petoskey and right next to the Petoskey State Park. This is perfect for our family-4 adults; 2.5 bathrooms and laundry. The town home has everything we need!

Wonderful location
The property was exactly as stated online. The location was amazing right up against a dune bordering on the state park. We stayed there for a wedding in Petoskey and it was very close. The bike and walking trails are at the entrance to the complex and the bike rides were amazing. Very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay b

Property was accurately described and clean. Our only advice would be for the owners to replace the master bedroom mattress as it is saggy and the headboard is not secure to the bedframe. Not specific to the rental, but at the garbage drop off area there are rats. Pest control should be notified. Thank you to the owners for renting their property to us.
