Traditional stone villa in 'Loutses' with nice panoramic view
A 300 metri e 45 km nord-est della città di Corfù, ai piedi del monte Prantokrator situati nel villaggio incontaminato di 'Loutses'. La casa si trova in collina Zervou, completamente arredato. Si tratta di una casa a 2 piani. Le 2 camere da letto con bagno en-suite sono al primo negozio e il soggiorno con la cucina e la grande balcone di 45m2 al negozio superiore. Nel villaggio c'è una taverna locale e un bar caffè (kafeneio). Si può godere di mini passeggiate negli oliveti circondati, nonché lunghe passeggiate fino a "Old Perithia", o sedersi sul balcone e godere della vista colorata intorno. spiagge con bandiera blu sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto (4. 3 miglia di distanza). C'è un mercato Mini a 2. 3 miglia di distanza. Se siete amanti della natura ci sono un sacco di specie di fiori selvatici in giro. A spasso per "Antinioti" lago conservazione Natura 2000 (3. 1 miglia di distanza) si può vedere una lontra (Lutra lutra). Di notte è possibile guardare le stelle e ascoltare gli uccelli notturni. Come macchina è indispensabile, siamo in grado di fornire una macchina con un costo aggiuntivo.

In sehr ruhiger und Dörflicher Lage liegendes Rustikales Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für 4 Personen. Typische griechische Einrichtung aber alles sehr sauber. 2x pro Woche kommt die Reinigungs Dame. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und antwortet schnell auf jedwede fragen.
Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Property was much bigger than expected with everything you could need and was clean and well kept. Stunning views of the surrounding area. Car necessary as “out of the way” but still only a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach. Surrounding area lovely and Old Perithea is a must to visit. Local people were very friendly and helpful. Alexander was very helpful with directions etc and only a phone call a way.

The trip to Corfu might be excaustive, but it was worthwhile. The apartment was covering all needs of a 5-member family. It was located in a small place, totally serene with great view. There are two floors, the two bedrooms have separate bathrooms and the first fllor has two comfortable sofas. The house was very clean and fully equiped with anything a family may need (washing machine, big fridge, electric oven, toast maker, ventilator, all utencils etc). The place is ideal, because there are two lovely beaches at 10-minutes distance by car, many places to eat (in Loutses if you don't want to drive or in Roda and Palaia Perithia, a lovely village with stone houses). Naturally, one may visit all North Corfu, since the house is located in the middle of the region. In any case, the owner of the house, Alexandros, was always available for any information or help. I would unreservedly recommend the place to anyone as a real value for money. Enjoy your holiday there.
