Our guest room is completely independent, with private bathroom and private entrance through a courtyard. The swimming pool and surrounding gardens are at your disposition. Our house is situated in the countryside between Florence, Siena and San Gimignano and having a car is indispensable for getting around, there is a private parking you can use. We are available if you need recommendations and suggestions of what to do and where to eat.

There is a double bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a closet. There's no kitchen but there is a kettle for coffe/tea. The bathroom has a shower, wc and bidet. You can enjoy your drink at a table outside in the courtyard. You can use the pool whenever you please, we just ask to respect the rules concerning safety and noise. There is a vast garden by the pool and an area of shade with deckchairs.

You are completely independent but if you need anything we are at your disposition and we can recommend restaurants and activities. When we are travelling we'll organise someone to give you the keys and show you around.

Our house is part of a little medieval borgo, so there are other houses around us. It dates back to 1040 and it was a rest place for the pilgrims travelling on the Via Francigena, that is still accessible today, on foot/bicycle/car. We have bicycles that we can lend you if you'd like to tackle that route! We strongly recommend having a car and we can suggest a few places where you can rent one. You can enjoy long drives through the Tuscan countryside and picnics in beautiful locations that we can suggest. There are quite a few traditional restaurants in the area.
The nearest bus stop is in Colle di Val d'Elsa, at about 10 minutes by car, and the nearest train station is in Poggibonsi, 20 minutes by car. The nearest village is Casole d'Elsa (about 5 km) and we recommend a visit since it's really picturesque and beautiful. My family and I have lived in this area for 20 years and we know about everything that there is to know, so don't hesitate to come to us for anything! There are many close-by towns and villages to visit like San Gimignano, Siena, Monteriggioni, Florence, Volterra, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza...
