Very responsive owner.
Quick check-in and check-out.
Calm place to stay.
It's a little bit difficult to find the place, but the owners were very responsive and we could manage to find the hotel.
Parking space is good for motorbikes only and it is still tricky and difficult to get to it.
Provided the city plan there is no way to get better, so it is not a fault of the owners.

the place is quite decent but cleanliness is quite questionable. but the location is definitely great for us first timers in sagada.
cleanliness does not value the money we paid for.
