Questa villa di lusso (costruita nel 2014) con piscina privata si trova sul Piscadera Bay Resort, un parco molto noto dove entrambe le case vacanza e case abitate in modo permanente in uno dei posti più belli dell'isola.
Soggiornerete in un'oasi tropicale di verde tra palme, oleandri, bouganville e piante di banane.
I bambini possono giocare liberamente, perché il resort ha un limite di velocità di 15 km all'ora per le auto. Inoltre, c'è sorveglianza 24 ore al giorno.
Il parco è a 2-3 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge ed è appena dietro l'Hilton e il Floris Suite Hotel, con casinò, scuola di immersioni, bar e ristoranti. Qui, gli eventi speciali sono organizzati quasi quotidianamente, come cene a tema e spettacoli speciali.
Gli affittuari del resort hanno accesso gratuito al ristorante e al beach club Pirates Bay. Qui trovi l'isola della taglia giusta: un'incantevole spiaggia sabbiosa che degrada lentamente nel mare con palme e un ristorante a misura di bambino per colazione, pranzo, cena e un bar molto accogliente con happy hour e musica dal vivo. Di recente c'è anche una pizzeria, proprio sul mare.
Il tempo di guida per Willemstad e un grande supermercato è a soli 5 minuti e, grazie alla posizione centrale nel centro dell'isola, entrambe le spiagge sui lati est e ovest sono molto facili e rapidamente accessibili.
Le conferenze si svolgono nel vicino WTC, ma anche l'ormai famoso Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival. Ci sono anche strutture pubbliche come una banca, ufficio postale e bancomat.
Il tempo di percorrenza da e per l'aeroporto è di 10-15 minuti.

Our experience was nothing but fantastic! The home was just as it was described in the listing. The pool was a perfect way to end a long day at the beach. The location was great and the house was fully equipped. If you are worried about traveling with small children, this is where you want to stay. To get in and out of the property you have to go through the guard shack. It is a very secure property in a great location.

This property met all of our expectations!
The villa is well designed to enjoy the island breeze outdoors and pool. The landscape is beautiful and offers privacy from neighbors and the street. We enjoyed the convenience of nearby amenities including the walk to the beach or passes at the Marriott or Dreams resorts. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. We have family in Curacao and this was the perfect location for us to gather for brunch And BBQ. We will return!!

Villa Piscadera is fantastic vacation home. The photos on homeaway are up to date. The layout of the house is great for indoor/outdoor living. The pool and teak deck is awesome. You can open the entire glass front to the dining table and pool. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill is new. The house was cleaned very well when we arrived. The location of the home is great, it is just 5 minutes to a large grocery store and a short drive to the town. Overall the villa is a perfect destination for your vacation. Just be aware of the additional fees. The third bedroom costs extra, no matter how many people stay at the house. Beach Towels are not included in the rental which is a little odd. The listing on homeway said that the tax is included and lists the tax also on the order confirmation. However it is not calculated in the total that you pay. So you have to pay the tax onsite. When you compare prices on homeaway, keep in mind that the actual cost is 7% higher then listed due to the tax. Took us a while to figure that out and some back and forth with the owner. Other than that the house is really great and I can highly recommend it.

House was great for our vacation. Everything was in excellent condition with nice firm mattresses. Pool was great for lounging in. Would definitely stay there again.

The home was as promised on Homeaway. The owners even presented us with an option to save us money when our number of guests changed from 3 to 2. This was not expected.
Our only issue was the expensive water and electricity costs in Curacao.
