The location, on the Great Ocean Road is good. The local beaches in Peterborough are accessible and there is a range of different scenarios to accommodate different weather patterns and wind directions. There is not a large range of local walks but if one has a car a number of different activities are easily available: the Maritime Museum in Warnambool, the whale watching platform (40 Mins), an Ice Cream factory, distillery and strawberry farm in Timboon (20 Mins away) the 'Twelve' Apostles and Gibson's Steps (35 Mins). The house is well stocked with light reading material, family Board games and table tennis in the garage. The upstairs living area has a view over farmland frequented by a mob of kangaroos, lots of hares and rabbits, two Wedgetail eagles and lots of other birdlife. It lacks a lemon squeezer and a sieve!

The weather in Peterborough is unpredictable no matter what time of year. So be prepared with a good book to tuck in in front of the fire (firewood is available at the local store).

The location, looking out over paddocks and a flock of kangaroos is quite special. The house is at the end of a court and is a little off the beaten track which suits our family . It is safe for children riding bicycles and the neighbours are very pleasant.

Lots of space, exceptionally clean and comfortable. House has a great vibe! Wood fire was gorgeous! Location and scenery surrounding home beautiful.

Kettle needed a desperate clean to remove whatever build up was in it from so long, so couldn't use. No Wi-Fi however this is probably due to locality of township & overall internet, not necessarily the home. TV was very confusing to use. Heater upstairs wouldn't turn on.

The property was great, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, shower are hot, great games selection in the cupboard, played uno for hours.

The stairs (Haha), only because we are not use to them. other then that property is great, no complaints.

Everything was perfect! The cows, the kangaroos, the proximity to the beach, the house, everything! The smart tv, which, with a little help from a tach savvy friend I was able to watch ABC iview on!

Panaramic views, kangaroos and sunsets. It was spacious.

Clothes line didn’t work. Having to strip bedding and towels. At this price this was not an acceptable request. Access code was only provided two hours prior to arrival. Rubbish bins were cumbersome. We couldn’t just pack up and leave - we had chores to do! Access to the garage would have been beneficial.
